Axe Casino was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2022, Axe Casino is operated by Novatrix SRL (previously Dama N.V), a company often associated with high-quality gambling experiences. However, while Axe Casino offers some great features, it falls short in several areas compared to its competitors.
The main draw of Axe Casino is its fast withdrawal times, with near-instant approval being the norm. Other highlights include a substantial welcome package with reasonable wagering requirements, and two weekly reload bonuses of 45% and 75%, up to $/€500.
Unfortunately, the casino’s game selection is its biggest weak point. While the variety of games from top-quality studios is impressive, including excellent live casino platforms by Evolution and Playtech, many slots feature unusually low RTPs.
In slots from Quickspin, Hacksaw Gaming, and Yggdrasil we found the RTP set to 87% – 90%, whereas many other casinos offer these games at an RTP of 96%. As far as we are concerned, this is dishonest behavior on Axe Casino’s part. It’s extremely predatory towards slot players.
The caisno’s user interface also leaves much to be desired. It lacks essential game categories, making it difficult for players to find suitable titles.
On a more positive note, Axe Casino’s customer support is generally friendly and helpful. However, the casino seems to have a limited player base, as participation in its daily tournaments is often very low. This makes it easier to win prizes, which range from 15 to 150 free spins.

Welcome Bonus
Axe Casino offers two types of welcome packages that grant you a bonus on your first four deposits:
- A standard package with bonuses up to $/€3,000 + 200 free spins, requiring a $/€20 deposit.
- A high roller package with bonuses up to $/€6,500 + 300 free spins, requiring a $/€250 deposit.
Here are the full details for each package:
| Standard Welcome Package | |
|---|---|
| 1st Deposit | 100% up to $/€1,000 + 50 free spins |
| 2nd Deposit | 100% up to $/€750 + 100 free spins |
| 3rd Deposit | 75% up to $/€1,000 + 50 free spins |
| 4th Deposit | 100% up to $/€1,000 |
| Type of Bonus | Non-sticky |
| Wagering Requirement | 45x (bonus) |
| Time Limit for Wagering | 14 days |
| Max Cashout | Match bonus: $/€5,000 Free spins: $/€200 |
| Minimum Deposit | $/€20 |
| High Roller Welcome Package | |
|---|---|
| 1st Deposit | 125% up to $/€2,500 + 75 free spins |
| 2nd Deposit | 100% up to $/€1,000 + 75 free spins |
| 3rd Deposit | 100% up to $/€1,500 + 75 free spins |
| 4th Deposit | 150% up to $/€1,500 + 75 free spins |
| Type of Bonus | Non-sticky |
| Wagering Requirement | 45x (bonus) |
| Time Limit for Wagering | 14 days |
| Max Cashout | Match bonus: $/€5,000 Free spins: $/€200 |
| Minimum Deposit | $/€250 |
While the high roller package offers more value with higher match percentages and larger bonuses, both options are solid choices. However, they may not compare to the best casino bonuses in the industry due to their relatively low maximum cashout limits, which restrict how much you can withdraw.
On the positive side, the wagering requirement is reasonable, and with all bonuses being non-sticky, you can choose to forfeit the bonus at any time and cash out your winnings made from the deposited funds, effectively bypassing the wagering requirement.
Wagering Contributions
The following game contributions apply when fulfilling bonus wagering requirements at Axe Casino:
| Type of Game | Contribution Rate |
|---|---|
| Video Slots | 100% |
| Jackpot Slots | 0% |
| Live Casino Games | 5% |
| All Other Games | 5% |
Other Bonuses
Axe Casino doesn’t offer a wide range of promotions, which may be disappointing for players accustomed to a variety of bonuses at other casinos. However, it does have:
- Two weekly deposit bonuses
- A daily slot tournament
- A refer-a-friend bonus
The two weekly deposit bonuses offer decent value, with up to $/€500 to grab. With a minimum deposit of $/€20, you’ll receive a 45% match every Tuesday and a 75% match every Thursday. The wagering requirement is 45x, and there’s a 15x maximum cashout limit.
The daily slot tournament features a prize pool of 1,110 free spins, with 30 winners and a top prize of 150 spins. To win, you simply have to bet the most in the qualifying slots.
The refer-a-friend bonus gives you a no-deposit bonus of $/€50 when you refer a friend to the casino. After they sign up using your referral link and make a deposit of $/€20 or more, you’ll receive the bonus.
If you’re interested in how Axe Casino’s referral offer compares to others, we’ve put together a detailed overview of casino refer-a-friend bonuses, covering current rewards and conditions.
Loyalty Rewards
Axe Casino offers an 8-level loyalty rewards program that includes an instant reward for each level and weekly cashback ranging from 2% to 15%.
| Level | Cashback | Reward | CP Needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 100 free spins | 100 | |
| 2 | 200 free spins | 500 | |
| 3 | 300 free spins | 1,500 | |
| 4 | 2% | $/€50 | 5,000 |
| 5 | 5% | $/€100 | 10,000 |
| 6 | 7% | $/€200 | 15,000 |
| 7 | 10% | $/€300 | 19,000 |
| 8 | 15% | $/€400 | 25,000 |
To progress through the loyalty levels, you’ll need to play slots and earn 1 comp point (CP) for every $/€30 wagered. This means you’ll need to wager a total of $/€750,000 to reach the highest loyalty level.
The weekly cashback is up to $/€2,000 for all levels and is credited every Monday. It needs to be wagered 45 times before being cashed out.
The instant rewards also come with a 25x – 45x wagering requirement depending on the level, with a maximum cashout of $/€50 on the free spins.
In terms of value, the loyalty ladder is quite disappointing when compared to many casinos that offer much more lucrative rewards, such as higher cashback % or cashbacks that are easier to get, and bigger instant rewards.
Reputation
The reputation scores listed below represent what players on various platforms think of Axe Casino based on their reported experience.
| Source | Score |

| Trustpilot | 2.8 / 5 |
| Casino Guru | 5.0 / 10 |
| AskGamblers | 9.3 / 10 |
| LCB | 3.1 / 5 |
Summary of Player Reviews
Axe Casino has received a mix of reviews from players, with around 290 posts on various platforms, though most of these can be found on Askgamblers. It’s worth noting that a noticeable number of these reviews appear to be fake, with some being identical.
Despite this, there are still many genuine reviews, though almost all of them date back over two years. This indicates that the casino doesn’t have a lot of active players at the moment. This is supported by the low participation rate in its weekly tournaments where we saw one that only had 12 participants after two days.
Positive Reviews
The majority of positive feedback highlights Axe Casino’s fast withdrawal process. Players consistently praise the casino for its quick and hassle-free payouts, with many stating that their withdrawals were processed within an hour, as the casino claims.
One reviewer, for example, appreciated the quick verification and withdrawal process when cashing out a substantial win. Another praised the casino for its instant withdrawal processing and described it as a trustworthy platform.
Several others echoed these sentiments, calling out both the speedy withdrawals and friendly, helpful customer support. One player even mentioned they had won multiple times without any issues, further solidifying the casino’s reputation for reliable payouts and good customer service.
Negative Reviews
On the flip side, negative reviews are more varied, but there is one recurring theme. Several players have expressed frustration with low payouts on games, which is justified given the casino’s use of some of the lowest RTP (Return to Player) rates we’ve seen in some slots.
The most concerning review (from January 2024) involves a player who won over $100,000 and faced significant difficulties cashing out, still being owed $12,000 after eight months. The player also mentioned winning more, but not receiving the full amount due to a maximum win limit at the time, which has since been removed.
Other complaints include a person who’s played for years being blocked without reason after receiving a large payout. Interestingly, another review, posted around the same time, mentions a similar issue, with the player having their account blocked right after withdrawing a $/€1,200 win.
There are a few other negative reviews, but these appear to be isolated instances. One player mentions customer support being slow, while another calls the casino a scam with no reason given, and a third complains about their deposit not being credited to their account.

In terms of quantity, variety, and the number of quality game studios the casino offers games from, the game library at Axe Casino is quite exceptional. It is, however, brought down by:
- Very low payout percentages in some slots.
- Poor game categorization, making it hard to find specific game types.
Payout Percentages
While live casino players are in for a terrific experience, slot players might find themselves at a disadvantage due to some alarmingly low RTP (Return to Player) rates. Not all slots at Axe Casino feature low RTPs so you can still find decent value if you just check the RTP before spinning.
However, with many Quickspin slots set at 87%, many Hacksaw Gaming slots at 88%, and many Yggdrasil slots at 90%, the payout rates can be outrageously low. It doesn’t get any worse than this. Don’t spin on these slots as you will most definitely lose.
Interestingly, Axe Casino hosts multiple variations of certain slots. For example, you can find Golden Glyph 3 with different RTPs of 87%, 94%, and 96%.
Game Categorization
While Axe Casino lets you find games by provider and has sorted its slots into bonus buys, jackpot slots, and new games, there are no categories at all for its live casino games. These are all grouped together in a very inconvenient way that makes it difficult to find certain game types.
There is also no category for crash games, making it difficult to find such games, even if the casino offers a decent range of them, including popular titles such as the Aviator, Big Bass Crash, Spaceman, and Space XY.
You also won’t find any categories for the casino’s other games, such as scratch cards, bingo games, and virtual sports.
Slot Machines
Axe Casino offers a wide and versatile selection of slots from over 90 game studios, including the following notable ones:
- Big Time Gaming
- ELK Studios
- Evoplay
- Fugaso
- Games Global
- Hacksaw Gaming
- NetEnt
- Nolimit City
- Peter & Sons
- Play’n GO
- Playtech
- Push Gaming
- Quickspin
- Red Tiger Gaming
- Relax Gaming
- Thunderkick
- Yggdrasil
The only game studio we miss seeing slots from at Axe Casino is Blueprint Gaming which isn’t supported.
Jackpot Slots
For fans of progressive jackpots, Axe Casino offers an excellent collection of such slots. Some of the popular jackpot networks featured include:
- Daily jackpots in Red Tiger Gaming’s slots.
- Over 20 Mega Moolah slots with life-changing jackpots.
- Over 40 slots within the Dream Drop jackpot network.
- Several slots within the WowPot jackpot network.
- The iconic Mega Fortune and Hall of Gods.
These are just some of the many jackpot slots you’ll find. Axe Casino offers plenty of opportunities to win smaller jackpots of up to $/€1,000 that are easier to land, medium-sized ones up to $/€200,000, and life-changing ones that pay over a million.
Live Casino Games
Axe Casino offers a wide variety of live casino games from seven companies, the three most notable ones being Evolution Gaming, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.
These three studios offer an exceptional experience with a wide variety of classic and modern games that include, but aren’t limited to:
| Roulette Games | Blackjack Games |
|---|---|
| Classic Roulette | Classic Blackjack |
| Cash Collect Roulette | Easy Blackjack |
| Fireball Roulette | Fun Fun 21 |
| Fortune Roulette | Infinite Bet Stacker Blackjack |
| Gold Vault Roulette | Lightning Blackjack |

| Lucky 6 Roulette | ONE Blackjack |
| Jet Set Racing Roulette | Power Blackjack |

| Red Baron | |
| Sic Bo | |
| Stock Market Live | |
| Super Color Game | |
| Video Poker Live | |
| Money Wheels | Game Shows |
| Adventures Beyond Wonderland | Dice City |
| Crazy Time | Busted or Bailed |
| Dream Catcher | Cash or Crash |
| Funky Time | Crazy Balls |
| Ice Fishing | Deal or no Deal |
| Lightning Storm | Gonzo’s Treasure Map |
| Mega Wheel | Jumanji the Bonus Level |
| Money Time | Millionaire Video Poker |
| Monopoly Live | Mega Fire Blaze Lucky Ball |
| Spin a Win | Monopoly Big Baller |
| Sweet Bonanza Candy Land | Snakes and Ladders |
| The Greatest Cards Show | The Bingo Spot |
| Treasure Island | Vegas Ball Bonanza |
| Wonderland Lucky Ball |
In our opinion, this selection is about as good as it gets. While other live casino companies could offer a couple of additional games, they would not add that much to the experience, unless you’re a sucker for live lottery games which aren’t available.
Our only complaint about the live casino experience at Axe is that it hasn’t categorized its live games, which can make it difficult for beginners to navigate the library.
Customer Support
| Type | Availability | Info |
|---|---|---|
| Live Chat | 24/7 | On-site |
| 24/7 | support@axecasino.com | |

After thoroughly testing Axe Casino’s live chat support, we have nothing but good things to say. While it may not stand out as exceptional, we’ve found it to be solid with quick-replying, knowledgeable, and friendly agents.
Our queries so far have only been general questions about bonuses, withdrawals, and VPN use as we haven’t experienced any issues playing at the casino. However, we’re confident that we’d be in good hands if any issues would arise.

General Withdrawal Limits
It’s important to note that Axe Casino has the following maximum withdrawal limits:
- Daily limit: $/€2,500
- Weekly limit: $/€7,500
- Monthly limit: $/€15,000
While the casino mentions that high rollers may be eligible for exceptions, these are not guaranteed.
Withdrawal Times
Axe Casino places among the fastest withdrawal casinos in the industry, claiming to process all withdrawal requests within 1 hour, and saying that instant approvals are not unusual.
In general, the only exception to these timeframes is if KYC verification is needed. However, this process is also very quick, typically done within hours and possibly even faster if you chat with the casino’s support about it.
In our experience, cashing out to our Skrill wallet, the 1-hour withdrawal time holds true as we instantly received our money. These fast withdrawal times are also backed by many players who have shared feedback about the casino.
