Note: Batery Casino is focused on Indian and Canadian players with two distinct platforms. This review is for India. For Canada, please check out our Batery Casino Canada review.
Batery Casino India was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2022, Batery Casino offers a solid gambling experience to Indian residents. It particularly stands out for its speedy withdrawal times, with an average processing time of 3 hours and a lack of maximum withdrawal limits. This is perfect for high rollers and big winners who face no restrictions.
Adding to this, the game selection is huge and of superb quality, including more or less all the games you would want from top game studios, the only exception being progressive jackpot slots which unfortunately aren’t available.
However, the casino’s website is designed in a very intuitive way, with games being sorted into a heap of different sections that allow you to seamlessly find the games you want. This is a big plus where many gambling sites fall short.
When it comes to bonus rewards, players are a bit limited compared to some other Indian casinos. However, you will find a 5% – 20% weekly cashback, several casino tournaments running weekly, and a reload bonus now and then.
The biggest drawback with Batery Casino is that some Indian players report deposits not being credited to their accounts. While it’s difficult to estimate how prevalent this issue is, reports of delayed or missing deposits are always worrying.

Other Bonuses
Apart from the welcome package, promotional offers at Batery Casino India can vary from one week or month to another.
However, what you’ll usually find are a couple of casino tournaments that tend to last for a week and one or two other types of casino bonuses.
As an example, the following two reload bonuses are currently available as of writing this:
- A “happy Friday bonus” of 100% up to ₹25,000 + 30 free spins.
- A 10% bonus of up to ₹25,000 for every cryptocurrency deposit.
The wagering requirements are usually low, being 35x and 5x respectively for the above offers.
As for the tournaments, the following ones are currently running as of writing this:
- Aviator tournament with a ₹30 lakh prize pool and 1,000 places paid.
- Slot tournament with a ₹6 lakh prize pool and 50 places paid.
- Balloon crash tournament with a ₹2 lakh prize pool and 20 places paid.
The tournaments have two rule variations. You either gain points for your won amounts or based on the win multiplier of your wins.
For instance, if you win ₹100 in a game, you might get 100 points, and if you win ₹200, you get 200 points.
Another example is betting ₹100 and winning ₹2,000 on that bet. The multiplier for the win is 20x which would earn you 20 points.
Loyalty Rewards
The loyalty reward at Batery Casino India is a weekly cashback of 5% – 20% which applies exclusively to losses had on slot machines.
As you wager money on games, you climb a 12-step loyalty ladder, of which each step comes with a higher cashback %.
The achieved loyalty levels are not permanent but are based on weekly wagers. This means that one week could earn you a higher cashback than another.

Reputation
Searching the internet for comments that Indian players have made about Batery Casino, we initially found that the vast majority of them were negative.
Mainly located on Trustpilot, the casino previously had a score of 1.6 out of 5, with 89% of reviews being complaints.
However, since we first reviewed the casino, this score has improved to 3.8 out of 5, with only 38% of reviews being complaints, and 62% of reviews being 5-star ratings.
While this may seem like an improvement, we noted that the majority of the positive reviews appear to be fabricated. These reviews are often short, generic, and lack genuine detail, suggesting they may not be from real players.
If the fake positive reviews were removed, the casino’s overall reputation would likely still reflect a high percentage of negative feedback, with around 89% of reviews being complaints.
The vast majority of complaints from players focus on issues with deposited funds not being credited to their accounts. However, some players also report problems with their casino accounts being blocked, as well as long delays in receiving withdrawals.
It’s difficult to draw any definitive conclusions from the negative reviews for two reasons:
First, while over 170 negative reviews are a significant number, this is still relatively small if Batery Casino has a large player base in India. As such, there may not be many players facing issues or, at least not expressing them.
Secondly, while deposit issues are highly concerning, delayed withdrawals and account blocks are common across the industry. This often happens because players breach the casino’s rules and then blame the casino for taking action.

Apart from the fact that no progressive jackpot slots are available at Batery Casino India, we find the game selection to be near perfect. Not only is it enormous but it’s also very well organized with every type of game having its own dedicated category. This often isn’t the case at casinos.
On top of this, slot machines and live casino games have several filtering options for them which further improves the navigation. For instance, you can find slots by bonus buy, megaways, and cascading reels, while live casino games have options for roulette, baccarat, blackjack, poker, and game shows.

Not only is the live chat available in both English and Hindi but connecting to an agent is a fast and easy process. Each time we’ve tested the chat support, we’ve been instantly connected.
What’s more, our queries have been resolved promptly and effectively. The support agents have consistently shown exceptional politeness, a genuine willingness to assist, and a great depth of knowledge regarding the casino’s operations.

Withdrawal Times
The withdrawal times at Batery Casino India are within 3 hours on average. Although we haven’t been able to verify this ourselves, this is the information we have received from customer support as well as one of the managers at the casino which we are in contact with.
The positive feedback that players have left on the Trustpilot review platform also highlights withdrawals being fast, further confirming the speedy cashout process. However, not every player agrees as some feedback posted does bring up withdrawals being delayed.
