Bets24 was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2024, we consider Bets24 to be a highly risky casino that’s best to stay away from. Its absence of a valid gambling license and many negative player reviews raise serious red flags about the casino’s legitimacy and trustworthiness.
While Bets24 may offer an enticing welcome package and a sizeable and well-structured game selection, these benefits are significantly outweighed by the potential risks of playing at the site.
Additionally, a restrictive withdrawal limit of $/€/£2,000 per day and poor customer support service only add to our concerns about the overall player experience.
In light of these issues, we strongly advise players to exercise extreme caution when considering Bets24. For a safe and reliable online gaming experience, we recommend exploring our casino recommendations such as:

Important Note
As stated in Bets24’s terms and conditions, no instant win games (crash games), megaway slots, bonus buy slots, or jackpot slots can be played with an active bonus.
Although the wagering requirements of Bet24’s welcome package are a bit higher than what we’re comfortable with, the bonus amounts are also much larger than that of most online casino sites.
An additional perk is that there is no time limit to fulfill the wagering requirement, which is usually the case at casinos. However, not being able to play many popular slots with an active bonus is a huge letdown.
Other Bonuses
In addition to the welcome package, the only casino bonus offered by Bets24 is a weekly reload bonus that can be claimed once between Friday and Sunday.
This bonus is almost identical to the first deposit bonus offered in the welcome package, granting you a 100% bonus up to $/€/£2,000 + 24 free spins.
The wagering requirements and cashout limits are all the same. The only difference is that the minimum required deposit is $/€/£50.
Loyalty Rewards
At the moment, no loyalty rewards or VIP program is available at Bets24.
It only mentions in its terms and conditions that players who are considered VIPs can get higher withdrawal limits.
Reputation
What people are saying about Bets24 Casino…
“Deposited $50, followed the rules, and got lucky enough to run the amount up around 10k. I was playing for 8 hours plus and had some of the best luck I’ve ever had.
When I was looking to start the withdrawal process the money disappeared and I could no longer access the account. The chat “support” directed me to email another support and they would get back to me.
After going around in circles many times, I gave up. This is a scam casino. They don’t intend to pay you ever. I never received a response via email. I emailed multiple times, no response. I am done with these shady online casinos.” – Rick1957, Casinofreak
“Very disappointing experience at this casino. They claim to have opening hours for their live support between 06.00 to 00.00 GMT Monday – Sunday but they are barely open at all. When sending emails they very rarely respond.
When coming to verification they keep denying the document which they themselves asked for. In my case, they did not allow PDF files to be uploaded at their casino so I sent it to their email.
After weeks of waiting with no response, I finally managed to talk to their live support who told me to take print screens of my bank statement. Then after uploading it and even sending all the prints along with the actual bank statement to their email, they now want me to print out the statement and take a photo of it.
I am still waiting for it to get verified. It has gone weeks and it is very hard to get a response or get in contact with their live support. They have received what they asked for three times yet my account is still not verified.” – Joelkd, Casinofreak
Important Note
Being a fairly new casino site, there are not many player reviews available for Bets24.
However, the casino is identical to Betnuvo and obviously operated by the same people.
This casino has many more reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot and Casino Guru.
The verdict here is the same, with many players saying the casino is a scam that won’t be paying you and that customer support is very difficult to get any real response from.
Now, the score on Trustpilot is high due to many positive player reviews. However, these are most likely fake.

The game selection at Bets24 is likely to please most players, even though veteran ones may find a few shortcomings with it.
A significant drawback is the absence of progressive jackpot games, despite the casino’s claim of offering over 140 jackpot titles. However, the games in Bet24’s jackpot category don’t actually have any progressive jackpots. So, it’s false advertising.
It’s also a bit of a letdown that the popular Aviator crash game is not to be found at the casino. However, all in all, the crash game library is pretty good, with other popular titles such as JetX, Spaceman, and SpaceXY included.
Bets24 also deserves credit for its user-friendly game categorization, making it easy for players to discover new titles.
Slots
Bets24 is partnered with 39 developers of slots, the most notable ones being the following:
- Betsoft
- Big Time Gaming
- Evoplay
- NetEnt
- Peter & Sons

- Red Tiger Gaming
- Thunderkick
- Yggdrasil
With a diverse portfolio of slots from top developers, players can enjoy a wide range of popular titles featuring impressive graphics, engaging bonus features, and innovative gameplay mechanics, including megaways, cluster pay, and more.
However, the selection has some notable gaps, including the absence of progressive jackpot slots and titles from prominent developers like Blueprint Gaming, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, Push Gaming, and Relax Gaming.
These providers are also top-notch ones that produce top-quality games. They are usually available at casino sites, but not at Bets24.
In terms of Bet24’s slot categorization, you can find slots by:
- Bonus buy
- Megaways
- New
- Provider
- Top-rated

Unfortunately, our experience with Bets24’s customer support has been underwhelming. While connecting with an agent has been quick at times, we’ve also encountered lengthy wait times that have been frustrating.
Speaking with an agent, we’ve often been met with brief, curt responses that lacked empathy or concern. While it’s good that agents want to resolve issues as quickly as possible, they should still be service-minded and make sure that we’re satisfied.
Moreover, agents would often close the chat on us whenever they thought we were done, without asking if we needed further assistance. This lack of attention to customer needs is disappointing, especially when compared to the much better support you get at other casinos.
We were also surprised to find that agents were unable to answer simple questions, such as the casino’s launch date. Instead, we were directed to send an email to another team, citing “company policy” as the reason.
This lack of transparency and willingness to help is concerning, especially when it comes to important issues like account closure, of which, they also refer to e-mail.
Overall, our experience with Bets24’s customer support has been disappointing and falls short of the standards we expect from online casinos.

General Withdrawal Limits
It’s important to note that Bets24 imposes daily, weekly, and monthly maximum withdrawal limits of $/€/£2,000, $/€/£10,000, and $/€/£25,000 respectively.
High rollers can potentially bypass these limits as the casino mentions in its terms and conditions that VIP players may have their limits increased at the discretion of the casino.
Withdrawal Times
According to Bets24’s terms and conditions, withdrawal times are listed as 1-3 business days.
However, our conversations with customer support agents and a casino manager suggest that most withdrawals are typically processed within a much shorter timeframe of 24 hours.
Unfortunately, this speedy processing time is not reflected in the experiences of many players, who report encountering significant delays in receiving their withdrawals.
Some players have even claimed to have waited weeks without receiving their funds, which raises concerns about the casino’s trustworthiness and ability to efficiently manage withdrawals.

Gambling License
Despite its claims of holding a Curacao gambling license, Bets24 is an unlicensed online casino and should therefore be approached with caution. It has no proof whatsoever of being licensed in Curacao.
The casino’s location in Costa Rica further casts doubt on its licensing claims, as this country does not require online casinos to hold a license. In Costa Rica, a registered company and a Data Processing License are all that are needed to operate an online casino.
However, it’s essential to note that a Data Processing License is not a gambling license. Rather, it’s a permit that allows Bets24 to host its servers in Costa Rica. As a result, there is no regulatory body overseeing the casino to ensure fairness and compliance.
In a nutshell, Bets24 can pull whatever dishonest practices they want and get away with it.
