Betstro was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in October 2022, we have found Betstro to be a lackluster casino site, despite holding a reputable gambling license from the Malta Gaming Authority.
With overwhelmingly negative player reviews, it shines for all of the wrong reasons, including a daily cap on winnings which is an outrageous rule for a casino site to have.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits, along with unhelpful customer support and a game selection that doesn’t live up to expectations don’t make things any better.
Our advice is to skip this casino and check out the many other options that exist, which outperform Betstro in most areas.

What people are saying about Betstro Casino…
“The company simply doesn’t want to lose money and they will never withdraw your money even after you send them ID, selfie ID, utility bill, bank statement, they even asked me to send them proof to show that my number is mine, after I sent all of this they decided to steal my money with the following reason:
We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been canceled by the payments department and the amount of 382,94€ has been removed from your account due to the following terms of our Terms & Conditions: 11.1.” – MK, Trustpilot
“You can deposit money, but if you win and you want to withdraw it, a lengthy verification will begin that has no end, and in the end they will write to you that you have violated the terms and only your deposit will be received from all the winnings” – Ján Kubis, Trustpilot
“The KYC process has been made very difficult and long so that you would lose your money back. It lasted 1.5 weeks, they asked for a selfie twice, with the casino’s name written by hand on paper, etc. Small withdrawal limit, 1000e/day and slow processing (2-4 days on a weekday, nothing happens on the weekend). They succeeded in tactics and I lost half of my winnings back.” – DogHouse, Casino Guru
We normally share both positive and negative player reviews to give as nuanced a picture as we can. However, with Betstro, only negative player reviews currently exist. Please also note that Betstro has not made any response to any of the negative reviews.

The game selection at Betstro Casino is passable even though it is far from what you would expect from a casino site these days as many offer over 10,000 slots and a thorough selection of most other game types.
Betstro, on the other hand, does not have any crash games or jackpot games at all, which is a big letdown for fans of these genres.
The casino also doesn’t sort its games into any categories at all which makes navigating the library inconvenient. The search function is your best friend at this casino, but that assumes you already know the titles of the games you want to play.
Customer Support

Customer support is an area where Betstro Casino falls noticeably short. During our hands-on testing, responses were slow and often failed to address the actual questions raised, instead relying on generic replies that felt more like placeholders than real assistance.
Follow-up questions didn’t improve the experience either, as conversations tended to stall rather than progress toward a clear resolution. For players who value quick, competent help—especially when dealing with payments or account issues—this can quickly become frustrating.
Adding to the disappointment are the casino’s limited support hours, which run only from 8:00 am to midnight (UTC). While this may cover part of the day for some players, it’s increasingly out of step with modern industry standards.
Most online casinos offer 24/7 customer support, recognizing that players log in from different time zones and often need help at different hours. At Betstro Casino, issues arising may have to wait, which further reduces confidence in the overall support system.

Withdrawal Times
According to the casino’s FAQ section, withdrawal requests at Betstro Casino are processed within up to 72 hours, which may not impress players accustomed to faster payouts.
To verify tis claim, we conducted a test withdrawal after successfully completing the casino’s required KYC verification, including submitting proof of ID and home address.
In our case, the funds reached our Skrill wallet after approximately 60 hours. This indicates that Betstro Casino does, in fact, operate within its stated timeframes, which is a positive from a transparency standpoint.
However, while payouts appear to be reliable, they are not particularly fast by today’s standards. Many online casinos now process withdrawals within 24 hours—or even faster—making Betstro’s timeline feel somewhat sluggish in comparison.
Players who prioritize quick access to their winnings may want to consider alternatives featured on our list of fast withdrawal casinos, which highlights platforms that approve withdrawals anywhere from instantly to 24 hours at most.
