This is one of those weird things about Cryptorush that we talked about in the introduction.
However, the value is incredible as you get 1 loyalty point for every $/€1 wagered on games, regardless of the game.
Thus, if you wager $/€2,000, you get 2,000 points which will earn you $/€20 in cash, which is equal to a 1% rakeback.
This is huge as only a few casino sites offer rewards as good as this.
As for the loyalty levels, according to customer support, you unlock more cash voucher options with the levels.
We haven’t been able to confirm this and we’re a bit doubtful as the support agent in general seemed clueless about the loyalty program when we had the conversion.

Unless you’re a sucker for progressive jackpot slots, the game selection at Cryptorush is quite pleasing as not only is a wide variety of games available, but you’ll find most of the “best” ones that are created by top game studios.
The main drawback with the game selection is navigating it as the categorization of games is done pretty poorly. During our thorough testing of Cryptorush, we engaged with the customer support team on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, our interactions were consistently underwhelming, highlighting significant areas for improvement.
Connecting to a support agent took approximately 10 minutes each time we reached out. Moreover, once connected, the conversation flow was hindered by lengthy response times, with waits of around 10 minutes between each reply.
This slow back-and-forth significantly prolongs the resolution time for even the simplest of inquiries.
A more concerning issue was the apparent lack of familiarity the support agents had with the casino’s own services. A standout example was our inquiry about the loyalty program, where the agent was completely uninformed.
