So far, we’ve only found a few player reviews posted about Drakebet. While the majority of these are positive, many of them are likely fake, even though we have no proof of this. It’s just a feeling that we get. It’s understandable that a new casino would want to boost its image.
Two of the reviews are negative. One is highly critical, with the player mentioning that chat support didn’t respond for five hours, they couldn’t place bets on certain sports events, and their winnings disappeared (though it’s unclear what exactly that meant).

Unfortunately, our experience with Drakebet’s customer support has left much to be desired. Despite the casino claiming that they typically respond in live chat within minutes, we have found ourselves waiting for over an hour on multiple occasions without receiving a response.
In those instances where we’ve managed to connect to an agent, the service has been inconsistent. Sometimes, the agent has responded fairly quickly, while at other times, we’ve faced long delays between replies.
We’ve also found out that the staff can be defensive and rude. When we expressed disappointment in the casino not having adequate information about bonuses, the agent immediately got defensive and said they did. However, the fact is that there is no dedicated bonus T&C page which is standard at other casinos.
When we criticized the casino for lacking this, calling it crap, the agent first responded by saying that other casinos are crap. The conversation then escalated with the agent insulting us, calling us crap for not wanting to play at the casino.
This is the first time in reviewing hundreds of casinos that we’ve been subject to such offensive behavior. While we acknowledge that, as part of our job, we sometimes push boundaries to test the limits of customer support, there is no excuse for the kind of unprofessional conduct we experienced.
Additionally, we were provided with incorrect information about wagering requirements for the welcome bonus. When we asked about these, the agent stated it was only 2x the deposit.
To clarify, we specifically asked, “If we deposit $1,000 to receive a $2,000 bonus, would we only need to wager $2,000 to cash out?” The agent confirmed this, saying “yes.”
