Frogbet Casino was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2026, Frogbet is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook owned by a Costa Rican company. It operates under Anjouan Gaming Authority licence, which we verified through the regulator’s public licence register as well as the validation seal displayed on the casino.
Withdrawals are Frogbet’s clearest strength. The casino says most requests are processed automatically and instantly, while accounts that trigger security flags can be reviewed manually. Our $24 USDT test withdrawal reached our wallet within minutes, and no identity documents were requested. Several player reviews describe similarly fast payments.
Registration requires only an email address, and Frogbet says it does not conduct routine KYC. However, its terms allow identity checks whenever an account is risk-flagged, including before a withdrawal. Frogbet therefore offers no-routine-KYC play rather than an unconditional guarantee that documents will never be required.
Banking is entirely cryptocurrency-based. We found support for BNB, BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC, SOL, SUI, TRX, USDC, USDT, XRP, and ZEC, with minimum deposits and withdrawals around $10. Players can retain separate balances in the cryptocurrency they deposit instead of being limited to one account currency.
Frogbet also offers an unusually high $1 million weekly withdrawal limit. This is far above the caps imposed by most online casinos. A separate $1 million win cap applies per session, however, and the terms do not define when a session starts or ends. Any winnings above that amount may be voided at Frogbet’s discretion.
The game selection is broad by title count but narrower by provider variety. We counted more than 4,500 slots from 25 studios. This is substantially fewer providers than the 60 to 150 available at many larger casinos, although Frogbet still carries recognised names including Betsoft, BGaming, Big Time Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Nolimit City, and Peter & Sons.
Other strong areas include more than 120 crash games, 90+ scratch cards, 20+ video poker titles, live casino games from Evolution, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play, over 70 in-house originals, and a complete sportsbook. The main gap is progressive jackpots: we could not find any, including major networks such as Mega Moolah, WowPot, or Red Tiger’s daily jackpots.
The welcome offer gives new players a choice between 150% up to $1,050 + 100 free spins with a $20 minimum deposit and a 175% bonus up to $5,000 + 100 spins with a $1,000 minimum. Neither has a maximum cashout, but both require 35x wagering on the deposit and bonus combined, which is relatively high.
Ongoing promotions are extensive. They include daily and weekly reloads, a daily free-spin case, wager-free cashback and rakeback, a $10,000 weekly wagering race, a $500 daily raffle, a weekly lottery, and slot challenges. Several rewards have no wagering requirement, although cashback and rakeback calculations are not disclosed.
The site itself is very well designed. Its terms and conditions, responsible gambling information, promotion pages, and live-chat FAQ are clearly structured and easy to digest. Our two support tests produced fast, knowledgeable, and detailed answers, further adding to the professional feel of the casino.
However, there is one important exception. Frogbet’s terms and responsible gambling page claim that deposit limits, session controls, cooling-off periods, reality checks, and self-exclusion are available from a player’s Account Settings. In our test accounts, we only found permanent account closure.
Overall, Frogbet is a promising option for cryptocurrency users who prioritise rapid withdrawals, high payout limits, no routine KYC, and a wide selection of recurring rewards. The $1 million session win cap, high effective bonus wagering, limited provider count, absent jackpots, and responsible gambling discrepancy are its main weaknesses.

World Wide Gambler’s Score
| Reputation & Trust | ★★★★☆ |
|---|---|
| Game Selection | ★★★★☆ |
| Bonus Value | ★★★★☆ |
| Customer Support | ★★★★★ |
The reputation and trust score reflects Frogbet’s verifiable licence, successful test withdrawal, clear terms, responsive support, and positive player feedback. It stops short of five stars because the casino has only a short operating history, its $1 million session win cap is not clearly defined, and several responsible gambling tools described on the site were missing from our accounts.
Game selection receives four stars because the total library is large and covers most major formats. The crash, live casino, scratch-card, video-poker, and original-game sections are particularly strong. The relatively low number of studios and complete absence of progressive jackpots prevent a maximum score.
The bonus score recognises the lack of welcome-bonus cashout caps and the unusually broad range of ongoing promotions, including several wager-free rewards. High deposit-plus-bonus wagering, a seven-day deadline, the $6 bet limit, and undisclosed cashback and rakeback formulas reduce the practical value.
Customer support receives five stars based on two successful tests. Agents replied quickly, understood our questions, and provided clear answers rather than generic scripts. The well-written self-service FAQ further reduces the need to contact an agent for routine questions.

Terms We Flagged
$1 Million Win Cap Per Session
Frogbet’s terms impose a maximum win cap of $1 million per session. The casino may void winnings above that amount at its discretion.
The amount is high enough that it will never affect the overwhelming majority of players. However, the presence of any win cap means the potential downside of a wager is not matched by an unlimited ability to retain legitimate winnings. It is particularly relevant to high-stakes users and games with high win multipliers.
In our experience, win caps are unusual and inherently disadvantage the player, regardless of how high they are. However, the larger concern at Frogbet is that “session” is not defined. It is unclear whether a session ends when the player leaves a game, logs out, closes the browser, withdraws, or reaches a specified period of inactivity. A financial limit should not depend on an undefined unit controlled by the operator.
Players capable of approaching the $1 million cap should obtain a written definition of “session” from Frogbet before playing. They should also retain the response in case a later dispute arises.
Welcome Bonuses
New Frogbet players can choose between a standard welcome bonus and a larger high-roller offer. Both are first-deposit matches accompanied by 100 free spins.
| Feature | Standard Welcome Bonus | High-Roller Welcome Bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Offer | 150% up to $1,050 + 100 free spins | 175% up to $5,000 + 100 free spins |
| Minimum Deposit | $20 | $1,000 |
| Wagering Requirement | 35x (bonus + deposit) | 35x (bonus + deposit) |
| Equivalent Bonus-Only Wagering | 58x bonus | 55x bonus |
| Time Limit | 7 days | 7 days |
| Maximum Bet | $6 per round | $6 per round |
| Maximum Cashout | None | None |
Standard Welcome Bonus
The standard offer matches a qualifying deposit by 150% up to $1,050 and adds 100 free spins. A minimum deposit of $20 produces a $30 match, leaving $50 in combined deposit and bonus funds before accounting for the spins.
At that minimum, 35x wagering on the $50 combined amount creates a $1,750 wagering target. To receive the full $1,050 match, a player would need to deposit $700. The resulting $1,750 combined balance would require $61,250 in qualifying bets.
The 150% rate gives more bonus funds per dollar deposited than a conventional 100% match. A $700 deposit receives $1,050 rather than $700. However, applying wagering to both the deposited funds and received bonus makes the effective requirement approximately 58x the bonus. While not necessarily unusually high, it is still considerably higher than many offers requiring 40x the bonus alone.
High-Roller Welcome Bonus
The high-roller version increases the match to 175% and the maximum bonus to $5,000. Its minimum qualifying deposit is $1,000, which produces $1,750 in bonus funds and $2,750 in combined funds. The corresponding wagering target is $96,250.
Claiming the full $5,000 requires a deposit of approximately $2,850. That produces a combined starting amount of roughly $7,850 and $275,000 in wagering before free-spin winnings are considered.
Because the match percentage is higher, the equivalent bonus-only requirement falls to 55x. That is slightly better than the standard offer but remains demanding. The seven-day deadline means the necessary turnover must also be completed quickly.
The $6 maximum bet is another drawback. While a fairly typical casino-bonus limit, it is poorly aligned with a high-roller offer requiring a four-figure deposit. High-stakes players who would ordinarily wager more than $6 per round face a greater risk of breaching the terms or having to play in a way that does not suit them.
For context, our comparison of high roller casino bonuses in USA treats a maximum bonus bet of at least $10 as one possible high-roller characteristic, alongside a large bonus cap, generous cashout limits, or meaningful rewards for higher-volume players. Frogbet does not accept US players and is therefore not included on that page, but its $6 limit falls below this benchmark despite the offer requiring a minimum $1,000 deposit.
No Maximum Cashout
The absence of a maximum cashout limit is the strongest positive of both welcome packages. Once wagering has been completed without breaching the rules, bonus-derived winnings are not subject to a separate fixed or multiplier-based withdrawal ceiling.
The absence of a limit will not matter to every player, but it becomes important after an unusually large win. Many casino bonuses cap withdrawals at a fixed amount or a multiple of the bonus, even when the player has completed all wagering.
Overall, the welcome offers exchange clean cashout terms, relatively high match percentages and caps for comparatively heavy wagering.
Bonus Wagering Contributions
Not every game clears Frogbet’s bonus wagering requirements at the same rate:
| Game Type | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Slots | 100% |
| Sportsbook bets | 100% |
| Table games | 10% |
| Live casino games | 10% |
| Frogbet Originals | 1% |
The contribution structure makes the deposit bonuses primarily practical for slots and, where permitted by the specific promotion, sportsbook wagering. A $100 slot wager removes $100 from the wagering target, while a $100 table or live casino wager removes only $10. The same amount played on a Frogbet Original removes just $1.
Similar reductions are common at online casinos because low-house-edge games can otherwise make bonuses easier to clear. Nevertheless, anyone intending to play table games, live dealer games, or Frogbet Originals should consider the contribution rate before claiming a deposit bonus.
Ongoing Promotions
Frogbet has a broader promotion schedule than many casinos we review. Deposit matches sit alongside cashback, rakeback, free-spin cases, wagering competitions, raffles, a lottery, and game-specific challenges.
| Promotion | Main Requirement | Reward | Wagering on Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily Reload | Deposit at least $25; two previous lifetime deposits | 25% up to $250 once per day | 35x (bonus + deposit) |
| Weekly Reload | Deposit at least $25 or $500 | 50% up to $500 or 75% up to $2,500 | 35x (bonus + deposit) |
| Daily Case Opening | Wager $50 in real funds on the previous day | 1 to 100 free spins | 35x (free-spin winnings) |
| Daily Cashback | Reach Bronze level and wager real funds on the previous day | Undisclosed cash amount | None |
| Rakeback | Place real-money bets on any game | Undisclosed share of a game’s house edge | None |
| Weekly Wager Race | Compete on a leaderboard via eligible weekly turnover | Share of $10,000 prize pool | None |
| Daily Raffle | One ticket per $100 wagered | 50 prizes of $10 | None |
| Weekly Lottery | Wager $100 and $500 for two free picks or buy $1 tickets | Fixed prizes or progressive jackpot | None |
| Slot Challenges | Be the first player to hit a target multiplier at the qualifying stake | Cash prize shown for each challenge | None |
Daily and Weekly Reload Bonuses
The daily reload adds 25% up to $250 to a deposit of at least $25. It can be claimed once per day after a player has made at least two lifetime deposits to the casino. A full $250 bonus requires a $1,000 deposit.
The weekly reload has two options. Deposits from $25 can receive 50% up to $500, while deposits of at least $500 qualify for 75% up to $2,500. Players may use only one version per week.
Both reloads repeat the welcome offer’s 35x wagering requirement on the deposit and bonus combined, seven-day deadline, and $6 maximum bet.
The 50% weekly offer has an effective requirement of 105x the bonus, while the 25% daily reload is equivalent to 175x the bonus. The extra balance can extend play, but these are demanding offers when assessed by how much turnover is required for each bonus dollar.
Daily Free-Spin Case
Players who wager at least $50 in real funds during a day can open a case on the following day. The case contains between one and 100 free spins. It must be claimed between 08:00 and 24:00 UTC, and the spins expire 24 hours after they are awarded.
Free-spin winnings require 35x wagering. The unknown number and denomination of the spins make the value impossible to quantify in advance. Nevertheless, the promotion is a useful extra that can unlock through ordinary play, and its wagering requirement is less demanding than Frogbet’s reload bonuses because it applies only to the free-spin winnings.
Daily Cashback
Frogbet offers a daily cash reward after a player reaches the Bronze loyalty status by wagering $100 in total. The amount received depend on real-money play during the preceding day, and the reward must be claimed from the account’s Rewards area on the following day.
The reward is added with no wagering requirement, which is a positive condition. However, Frogbet does not disclose the percentage, whether the calculation is based on net losses or wagers. Support confirmed that the calculation method is intentionally not displayed.
Players can therefore see the reward after it is generated but cannot calculate beforehand what they should receive.
Instant Rakeback
Frogbet also offers rakeback that accumulates from real-money bets and can be claimed every 15 minutes. The casino mentions that this is credited as wager-free cash and is calculated from the house edge of each game played, rather than as a flat percentage of the full amount wagered.
This means a player would receive more rakeback when playing a 94% RTP game (which has a 6% house edge) than a 96% RTP game with a 4% house edge.
However, the underlying rakeback rate is not published, and any amount left unclaimed for more than 24 hours expires. That short expiry makes the feature less passive than the term “rakeback” may suggest; regular players need to remember to claim it at least daily.
Weekly Wagering Race
The casino’s weekly wagering race offers $10,000 in cash prizes to players who wager the most. The leaderboard updates during the competition, allowing players to see their current placement. When we reviewed the promotion, the visible prize table showed the top 20 receiving between $20 and $2,500, with $2,500, $1,500, and $750 for the first three positions.
Frogbet’s VIP page separately says the top 1,000 players are paid in the weekly race. That does not match the 20-place table we observed. Players should rely on the live prize table for the active competition.
Prizes have no wagering requirement, but a wagering race rewards turnover. The extra amount needed to climb one position can cost more in expected losses than the difference between the prizes.
Daily Raffle
Frogbet runs a daily raffle where one ticket is generated for every $100 wagered. Each day, 50 tickets win $10 from a total $500 prize pool. The same player may win more than once, subject to a maximum of ten prizes, or $100, per draw. The cash won is wager-free.
Because winners are selected per ticket and higher turnover creates more entries, players who naturally wager more money have a greater overall chance of winning. However, a $10 prize does not compensate for the typical cost of placing an extra $100 in bets solely to obtain another ticket.
Weekly Lottery
Frogbet Casino’s weekly lottery resembles a simplified Powerball draw. Players select five numbers from 1 to 54 and one Powerball number from 1 to 18. The first pick is free after $100 in qualifying wagers, with another free pick earned for each additional $500 wagered. Direct entries can also be purchased for $1 each, and the draw takes place every Friday.
| Numbers Matched | Prize |
|---|---|
| 5 + Powerball | Progressive jackpot |
| 5 | $400 |
| 4 + Powerball | $350 |
| 4 | $300 |
| 3 + Powerball | $250 |
| 3 | $200 |
| 2 + Powerball | $150 |
| 1 + Powerball | $100 |
| Powerball only | $100 |
The jackpot rolls over until it is won, and prizes are paid without a wagering requirement. Frogbet does not provide the draw’s mathematical odds or explain how the jackpot is funded. Those details would make the feature easier to evaluate against an ordinary lottery ticket.
Slot Challenges
More than 15 rotating challenges reward the first player to hit a stated win multiplier in a specified slot using at least the qualifying stake. Examples during our review included a $450 reward for a 1,500x win in Fire in the Hole 2 at $1 or more, and $150 for a 1,000x Wolf Gold win at $0.25 or more.
The prizes have no wagering requirement, but the underlying targets are rare outcomes. Players should not interpret a displayed reward as making the target likely or recoverable through persistence. The practical advantage is for someone who already intended to play the qualifying game and stake.
Loyalty Rewards
Frogbet has a six-level loyalty programme that players progress automatically through real-money wagering. Its central benefit is cashback credited in USDT without a wagering requirement. Higher levels add a higher rate alongside monthly and pre-monthly payments rather than relying only on one weekly credit.
| Level | Required Wagering | Cashback | Payment Schedule | VIP Manager |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $100 | 5% | Weekly | No |
| Silver | $10,000 | 8% | Weekly | No |
| Gold | $50,000 | 12% | Weekly and monthly | No |
| Platinum | $200,000 | 15% | Weekly, pre-monthly, and monthly | No |
| Diamond | $500,000 | 20% | Weekly, pre-monthly, and monthly | Yes |
| Elite | $1,000,000 | 25% | Weekly, pre-monthly, and monthly | Yes |
The percentages appear relatively competitive on paper, especially because the cashback is withdrawable without wagering rather than being issued as restricted bonus funds.
However, as with its daily cashback promotion, Frogbet does not explain whether the loyalty cashback is calculated from net losses or wagering. It also does not disclose any minimum qualifying amount or maximum payment cap.
Frogbet also does not explain how each cashback rate is divided across weekly, pre-monthly, and monthly payments. A Gold member receives 12% cashback through weekly and monthly rewards, for example, but the available information does not state how much is assigned to each payment.
We asked customer support about these details, but the agents could not provide an answer. Frogbet has chosen a non-transparent structure in which players may periodically receive additional money but cannot calculate in advance what they should receive.
This prevents us from determining what the cashback is actually worth or comparing it accurately with loyalty rewards at other casino sites.
Estimated Cost to Reach Each Loyalty Level
Each loyalty level is reached by wagering a specified amount. Because casino games have a house edge, there is a theoretical cost attached to reaching each level. The actual cost depends on the games played. For the example below, we have used a game with a 96% RTP, which is fairly standard and corresponds to a 4% house edge.
| Level | Wagering Target | Theoretical Loss at 4% House Edge |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | $100 | $4 |
| Silver | $10,000 | $400 |
| Gold | $50,000 | $2,000 |
| Platinum | $200,000 | $8,000 |
| Diamond | $500,000 | $20,000 |
| Elite | $1,000,000 | $40,000 |
It is important to understand that these are long-term mathematical estimates, not predictions of what an individual player will lose. Short-term results can vary widely, and an unusually lucky player could theoretically reach even the highest level without recording a net loss.
However, the table illustrates that the highest levels are mainly realistic for long-term or high-volume players. It also shows why moving up a tier solely to obtain a higher cashback percentage is rarely economical. Loyalty rewards are most useful as a partial return on play that would have occurred anyway.
Reputation
Frogbet had only recently launched when we completed this review, so its public reputation was still developing. We found approximately ten reviews on Trustpilot, with a 4.1 out of 5 rating at the time of our check. None awarded fewer than three stars.
Fast withdrawals were the most consistent positive theme. Multiple reviewers described receiving cryptocurrency within seconds or minutes, which aligns with our own payment test. The collection of in-house originals was also mentioned repeatedly as a reason to use the casino.
Not every comment was entirely positive. One reviewer said a small withdrawal was not processed instantly. Frogbet replied that the request took almost two hours because an anti-detect browser and virtual machine triggered a manual security review. Other users mentioned latency in some locations and areas of the sportsbook or originals interface that needed improvement.
Frogbet’s replies to the reviews are a constructive trust signal. The operator publicly acknowledged specific concerns, explained what happened, and in some cases stated that an update had been released. This does not prove that every future complaint will be handled well, but it is preferable to ignoring criticism.
The main limitation is sample size. Ten early reviews cannot establish long-term withdrawal reliability. We would place more weight on the reputation score after the casino has operated longer and accumulated a broader record.

Frogbet advertises more than 5,000 casino games across all categories. This is a substantial number, although some large offshore casinos offer more than twice as many; libraries containing 14,000 or more games are not unheard of.
The main drawback, however, is not the total number of games. Frogbet offered games from only 25 different studios when we conducted our review, whereas many large-scale casinos integrate 60, 100, or even 150 providers. Its choice of suppliers is therefore comparatively narrow.
The practical consequence is that players may not find titles from particular studios they already follow, even when those games are commonly available at competing casinos.
Game Providers
Quality partly compensates for the limited provider count. The library includes established studios such as:
- Betsoft
- BGaming
- Big Time Gaming
- Evolution Gaming
- Hacksaw Gaming
- Microgaming
- NetEnt
- Nolimit City
- Peter & Sons
- Pragmatic Play
Together, these studios provide popular slots, live dealer tables, game shows, crash games, and other casino formats. However, we did not find several other highly regarded studios, including Blueprint Gaming, ELK Studios, Quickspin, Red Tiger Gaming, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, and Yggdrasil.
Players who follow specific studios should search the lobby before depositing rather than assuming that a large overall game count covers every major supplier.
Slots and RTP Settings
More than 4,500 slot machines give players substantial choice across conventional video slots, high-volatility releases, Megaways titles, bonus-buy games, and older classics.
However, Frogbet’s slot navigation is relatively basic. Players can filter games by provider or view broad “Popular” and “New” categories, but there are no dedicated filters for volatility, bonus-buy availability, or particular slot features. Finding a specific title through the search function is straightforward, but browsing by preference is less convenient than at casinos with more detailed categories.
Some developers allow casinos to select between multiple RTP configurations for the same slot. We checked four games where alternative versions are known to exist:
| Slot | Provider | RTP Found | Assessment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starburst | NetEnt | 96% | Highest available configuration |
| Big Bass Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | 96% | Highest available configuration |
| Le Viking | Hacksaw Gaming | 96% | Highest available configuration |
| Deadwood | Nolimit City | 94% | Lower than the available 96% version |
Three of the four tests returned the provider’s highest available setting, which is encouraging. Deadwood was set two percentage points lower. At equal stakes over a long period, a 94% configuration has an expected loss of $6 per $100 wagered, compared with $4 at 96%—50% more theoretical loss.
This small sample does not establish the setting for every game at the casino. RTP should be checked in each slot’s information screen because the provider name and title alone do not guarantee the same return at every casino.
No Progressive Jackpot Games Found
We could not identify any progressive jackpot slots at Frogbet. This is a meaningful gap for players who specifically want progressively growing prize pools, including well-known networks such as Mega Moolah, WowPot, or Red Tiger’s daily jackpots.
A progressive jackpot is not inherently better value than a conventional slot, but it can give players chance to hit a six- or seven-figure prize with just a small stake or add excitement to a session if a must-drop jackpot is close to its drop criteria.
Crash Games
More than 120 crash games make this one of Frogbet’s strongest categories. The selection includes widely recognised releases such as Aviator, Big Bass Crash, Aviamasters, and Aviatrix alongside many less familiar alternatives.
A selection of more than 120 titles is considerably broader than the crash-game libraries found at many offshore casinos, where the category may contain only a few dozen options. Players interested in these games are therefore likely to find several familiar releases alongside less common alternatives.
Live Casino
Frogbet’s live casino is supplied by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play. Three platforms is not a large provider count, but these suppliers cover a wide range of blackjack, baccarat, roulette, game shows, money wheels, and regionally presented tables.
Evolution and Pragmatic Play are two of the most extensive live-casino studios in the industry, while Ezugi adds further table formats and language variants. The result is a strong practical selection despite the short supplier list.
The table below showcases some of the games available from Evolution and Pragmatic, although the actual availability at Frogbet may vary depending on country.

Frogbet Originals
The casino has developed more than 70 games under the Frogbet Originals label. These include slots, Mines, Limbo, Dice, Keno, bingo, blackjack, Plinko, roulette, wheel games, and other instant formats. Public player reviews mention this collection repeatedly, suggesting that it is a meaningful part of Frogbet’s product rather than a small supplementary category.
Many of these games display RTPs ranging from 97% to 99%, which is relatively high compared with the approximately 94% to 96% commonly found in third-party slots. They are also provably fair, allowing players to use cryptographic data to verify that an outcome was generated fairly and was not changed after the bet was placed. These are the main features that distinguish Frogbet Originals from the casino’s externally supplied games.
Players should still inspect the rules and RTP of each title because the figures are not identical across the entire collection. Frogbet Originals also contribute only 1% towards bonus wagering, making them impractical for clearing a deposit bonus.
Video Poker, Scratch Cards, and Video Bingo
We found more than 90 scratch cards and over 20 video poker titles, which are good totals for secondary casino categories. The video bingo selection is much narrower, with around five identified games. Although this may not matter to most players, some offshore casinos offer 40 or more video bingo titles.
Navigation is another weakness. Scratch cards, video poker, and video bingo did not have dedicated categories during our test, so players must use the search function or know the name of a game in advance. A title can technically exist in the library while remaining difficult to discover.
Sportsbook and Virtual Sports
Frogbet also operates a sportsbook covering pre-match and live markets. Its virtual sports section includes football, tennis, basketball, and hockey simulations. This makes the account useful beyond casino games, although our review and score focus primarily on the casino product.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Frogbet is a crypto-only casino. It does not directly accept cards, bank transfers, or conventional e-wallets, so players must already own cryptocurrency or obtain it through a separate provider. The casino facilitates such third-party transactions via its cashier.
Below is a breakdown of the available coins.
| Cryptocurrency | Account Balance | Deposits | Withdrawals |
|---|---|---|---|
| Binance Coin | BNB | Yes | Yes |
| Bitcoin | BTC | Yes | Yes |
| Dogecoin | DOGE | Yes | Yes |
| Ethereum | ETH | Yes | Yes |
| Litecoin | LTC | Yes | Yes |
| Solana | SOL | Yes | Yes |
| Sui | SUI | Yes | Yes |
| Tron | TRX | Yes | Yes |
| USD Coin | USDC | Yes | Yes |
| Tether | USDT | Yes | Yes |
| XRP | XRP | Yes | Yes |
| Zcash | ZEC | Yes | Yes |
Deposits remain denominated in the cryptocurrency sent. A Bitcoin deposit creates a BTC balance, for example, rather than being converted automatically into USD. Players may hold balances in more than one supported coin.
This reduces conversion inside the casino but does not remove exchange-rate risk. The fiat value of BTC, DOGE, or another volatile coin can change between deposit and withdrawal.
Players considering ETH can read our guide to Ethereum casinos, which explains how Ethereum deposits and withdrawals work and includes examples of casino sites that support the currency.
Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals
Frogbet’s terms set a $10 minimum deposit and $10 minimum withdrawal. The cashier displays the requirement in the selected cryptocurrency, so the exact dollar equivalent can move slightly with exchange rates.
The terms also require deposited funds to be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This 1x deposit playthrough requirement is an anti-money-laundering control that is commonly found at online casino sites. It is separate from a bonus wagering and applies even when no promotion is claimed.
Withdrawal Speed
Frogbet advertises instant payouts on several areas of its website and says most requests are approved automatically. Both support agents we questioned gave the same explanation: a transaction may enter manual review if security systems detect unusual account activity.
This is consistent with public player feedback in which a small withdrawal took almost two hours after an anti-detect browser and virtual machine triggered a check. “Instant” should therefore be understood as the normal automated route, not a maximum processing time for every withdrawal.
Nevertheless, Frogbet qualifies as an instant withdrawal casino. It is among the relatively small number of casino sites we have reviewed where withdrawals are normally processed automatically rather than waiting for routine manual approval.
Our Test Withdrawal
We deposited, played, and requested a $24 withdrawal to a USDT wallet. The funds arrived within minutes. The request was handled automatically, and Frogbet did not ask us for an identity document, address evidence, selfie, or other information.
That result supports Frogbet’s instant-withdrawal claim for a straightforward low-value transaction. It does not prove that every request, larger payment, or risk-flagged account will receive the same treatment.
Withdrawal Limits
According to Frogbet’s terms and conditions, a $1 million weekly withdrawal limit applies across a player’s account. This is exceptionally high when compared to most casino sites, where weekly limits of $5,000 or $10,000 are far from unusual. The limit should accommodate almost every balance without requiring staged withdrawals.
Frogbet also says players can request a higher limit through customer support, although approval is not guaranteed.
The high payment ceiling does not remove Frogbet’s separate $1 million session win cap. One rule governs how much can be withdrawn during a week; the other may restrict how much of an unusually large winning session the player is permitted to keep.
No Routine KYC
Unlike many casino sites that routinely request identity documents, particularly before the first withdrawal, Frogbet says it uses blockchain analytics to screen account activity instead of requiring every customer to complete conventional ID verification.
Only an email address is required to register at Frogbet. Sign-in is passwordless, with the casino sending a one-time code to that address whenever the player logs in. We also found no dedicated account section for uploading verification documents.
However, the casino’s terms reserve the right to request identity, address, payment-ownership, or source-of-funds information when an account is flagged. “No routine KYC” does not mean “KYC can never happen.” A player unwilling or unable to provide documents should not leave a balance at Frogbet on the assumption that verification is impossible.
Frogbet qualifies as an anonymous casino in the practical sense that registration, deposits, play, and our test withdrawal were completed without routine identity checks. Our list of anonymous casinos without routine KYC explains how similar platforms compare.
Customer Support
| Type | Availability | Info |
|---|---|---|
| Live Chat | 24/7 | On-site |
| 24/7 | support@frogbet.com | |
| Phone | N/A | – |
Support is available 24 hours a day through live chat and email. The chat widget also contains a detailed self-service FAQ covering accounts, payments, bonuses, verification, games, and common troubleshooting questions.
We tested live chat twice with multi-part questions. In both sessions, an agent joined quickly, understood what we were asking, and supplied clear answers relevant to Frogbet’s actual policies. The tone was functional rather than overly conversational, but accuracy and comprehension are more valuable than scripted friendliness.
The well-organised FAQ is also worth crediting. Many casino help centres repeat marketing claims or provide incomplete one-sentence answers; Frogbet explains the difference between automatic payouts and manual checks, and between no routine KYC and conditional verification, in language a non-expert can understand.
While we rate the quality of the contact experience highly, it was not entirely perfect as support could not answer every question we asked. As per the casino’s policies, agents did not disclose the daily cashback formula, for example. However, this is an overarching transparency issue rather than a flaw in the support.
Responsible Gambling Tools
Frogbet has a well-written responsible gambling page that explains common warning signs, provides a self-assessment, and describes how its account controls are supposed to work.
The terms and dedicated page state that players can access:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
- Session time limits and automatic reminders
- Customisable reality checks
- Cooling-off periods from 24 hours to six weeks
- Self-exclusion for at least six months or permanently
According to the published policy, limit reductions should take effect immediately, while increases should be delayed by 24 hours. These are sensible safeguards when they are implemented.
However, we could not find these tools in either of our test accounts. The only relevant account option was permanent account closure. That still gives players a way to stop gambling, but it is not equivalent to the range promised in Frogbet’s terms and responsible gambling page.
Players should not be told that controls are available in Account Settings when those controls cannot be found there. Someone trying to limit a deposit or take a short break may need immediate access and should not have to discover that the published instructions are inaccurate.
Frogbet says support can apply a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion on request. Our positive support tests provide some reassurance, but account-based controls remain preferable because they can be activated without waiting for an agent.
Accepted and Restricted Countries
Among the eight countries most frequently covered by World Wide Gamblers, Frogbet accepts players from Canada, India, Ireland, New Zealand, and South Africa. Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States are restricted.
| Country | Status Under Frogbet’s Terms |
|---|---|
| Australia | ✖ Restricted |
| Canada | ✔ Accepted |
| India | ✔ Accepted |
| Ireland | ✔ Accepted |
| New Zealand | ✔ Accepted |
| South Africa | ✔ Accepted |
| United Kingdom | ✖ Restricted |
| United States | ✖ Restricted |
This is not Frogbet’s complete restricted-country list. Eligibility can also change, and game studios may block particular titles in otherwise accepted locations. Players should check the current restricted-territory clause in Frogbet’s terms and conditions before registering or depositing.
Australian readers can compare locally relevant alternatives on our list of top-rated online casinos for Australia, while US readers can use our updated U.S. online casino list. These pages apply separate country-specific eligibility checks rather than treating a global licence as proof that an operator accepts every market.
VPN Policy
Frogbet permits VPN use for ordinary privacy or security purposes but prohibits using one to disguise a player’s location or bypass a geographic restriction. A VPN does not make a restricted player eligible. Attempting to circumvent the rule can trigger security checks and place winnings at risk.
Gambling Licence and Company Information
Frogbet.com is owned and operated by 3-102-940062 SRL. Its registered address is Provincia de Puntarenas 06, Cantón 11, Garabito, Jacó, 61101, Costa Rica.
The casino displays a validation seal for Anjouan Gaming Authority licence ALSI-202512022-FI1. We also confirmed the licence independently through the authority’s public register. The record identifies 3-102-940062 SRL as the licence holder.
This provides verifiable regulatory and corporate information rather than an unsupported licence claim. Anjouan licensing does not provide the same level of player protection or established dispute infrastructure as stricter regulators such as the UK Gambling Commission, but a valid and independently checkable licence is still materially better than operating without one.
Final Verdict
Frogbet made a stronger first impression on us than most casinos launched in the same year. Its ownership and licence can be verified, the site is well-designed, terms are unusually readable, support answered our questions competently, and our USDT withdrawal arrived within minutes without identity checks. The $1 million weekly withdrawal limit is one of the highest we have encountered.
The game selection is also substantial, although not entirely perfect. Over 4,500 slots, 120+ crash games, 70+ originals, quality live studios, a sportsbook, and a wide promotion schedule create several legitimate reasons to use the casino. No-cashout-cap welcome bonuses and wager-free cash rewards are notable positives.
However, there are also several important drawbacks to consider. Frogbet has only games from 25 studios and no progressive jackpots. Its deposit bonuses require heavy wagering, while important cashback and rakeback calculations are not disclosed. More seriously, the $1 million win cap relies on an undefined “session,” and the responsible gambling controls described in the public policy were not present in our test accounts.
As far as our testing goes, we consider Frogbet to be an overall strong casino. It is most suitable for cryptocurrency users who prioritise automatic withdrawals, no routine KYC, high payout capacity, crash games, originals, and live casino play. Players who require conventional payment methods, progressive jackpots, a wider provider catalogue, or immediately accessible gambling controls should choose another site.
As its public record remains small, new users should begin with an amount they can afford to lose and test their own withdrawal before maintaining a larger balance.
Gambling involves financial risk. Bonuses and promotions can encourage extended play, and players should understand the associated terms before participating. If gambling stops being enjoyable or begins affecting finances or wellbeing, consider reviewing our responsible gambling guide for advice, tools, and support resources.
