There is a noticeable difference in value between the two offers. The regular welcome package is relatively weak compared to many industry offers. Although the individual bonus caps of $/€1,000 are fairly generous and the first 100% match is standard, several limitations reduce the overall value.

For example:

• The match percentages drop significantly after the first deposit, with the second deposit bonus being particularly low. While declining match percentages are common, many casinos maintain stronger offers across later deposits.
• The wagering requirement is effectively higher than the 40x bonus wagering seen at many casinos. Although it is listed as 30x, it applies to both the bonus and the deposit rather than the bonus alone, which effectively equals 60x wagering on the bonus amount for a 100% match. When the match percentage falls below 100%, the effective wagering relative to the bonus received becomes even higher.
• The maximum cashout limits are also restrictive, particularly the 5x cap applied to winnings from the match bonus.

Because of these restrictions, we do not consider the regular welcome package particularly competitive.

The high-roller package, on the other hand, is significantly more attractive. Although it requires a minimum deposit of $/€2,000, the bonus caps of $/€15,000 are far larger than what most casinos offer.

The match percentages remain high across all four deposits, which helps maintain the overall value of the package. The 25x wagering requirement applied to the high-roller bonuses is also fairly reasonable given the unusually large bonus amounts. For the 150% match deposits, this effectively works out to about 41x wagering on the bonus amount.

While the 10x cashout cap does limit the theoretical upside, it still allows for substantial withdrawals once the wagering requirement has been completed.

Compared to other casinos, the regular limits are somewhat usual, though a bit on the lower side. As one player we found a review from expressed, the limits can cause quite a bit of trouble to big winners, with many withdrawals needed and long timeframes to get everything cashed out.

In the case of the player review mentioned, this person won $/€12,000 and only managed to cash out $/€4,000 in two weeks before losing his patience and unfortunately gambling away the rest of the money.

Withdrawal Times

Immerion typically processes withdrawals within 24 hours, as communicated by customer support to be the average timeframe.

However, the support also said that times can extend to 72 hours during busy days. This aligns with the timeframe mentioned in the casino’s terms and conditions.

We’ve tested the casino’s withdrawal process once and did so after completing KYC verification. In that experience, our withdrawal was approved after 30 hours.
