Instant Casino was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2024, Instant Casino is a gambling site often seen promoted as a top choice on various gambling guides.
Having thoroughly reviewed the casino, we don’t share the same sentiment even though we are impressed with several features. For instance, the welcome bonus at Instant Casino is incredibly valuable, being a 200% match up to $/€7,500 with low wagering requirements and no cashout limits.
Another highlight is the casino’s massive cashback of 10% up to $/€10,000, which is available to all players and has no wagering requirement at all. Not to mention its super fast withdrawals that tend to be instantly processed, and its customer support agents that are super helpful, despite taking ages to connect to.
However, a couple of things bring down what could have been a perfect gambling experience. There are basically no loyalty rewards or any other promotional offers other than the welcome bonus and the cashback, which is a huge drawback for many players.
While the game selection is vast and varied, it lacks a live casino platform by Playtech, has almost no progressive jackpot games, and leaves a bit to wish for when it comes to navigation. By no means is it bad though.
All in all, we give Instant Casino a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It is definitely worth a visit if only to claim the highly valuable welcome bonus.

Welcome Bonus
The welcome bonus at Instant Casino is different from that of most casino sites and we say that in a positive light. Your first deposit is matched by a 200% bonus up to $/€7,500. This is notably large as most casinos offer a bonus in the ballpark of 100% up to $/€500.
The wagering requirement is 60 times the deposited amount, which translate to just 30x the received bonus. Additionally, the bonus is released in four stages, which means that you don’t have to wager the full amount to cash some of it out.
As an example, if you deposit $/€100 to receive a $/€200 bonus, a fourth of that bonus ($/€50) will be released whenever a fourth of the wagering requirement has been completed (15x, or in this case $/€1,500).
| First Deposit Bonus | |
|---|---|
| Match % | 200% |
| Max Bonus | $/€7,500 |
| Type of Bonus | Sticky |
| Wagering Requirement | 60x (deposit) |
| Time Limit for Wagering | 7 days |
| Max Cashout | None |
| Minimum Deposit | $/€20 |
| Bonus Code | N/A |
Wagering Contributions
| Wagering Contributions | |
|---|---|
| Video Slots | 100% |
| Sports Bets | 50% |
| Live Casino Games (except roulette and dice) | 20% |
| Crash Games | 20% |
| Roulette (all types) | 5% |
| Dice Games (all types) | 0% |
| Craps (all types) | 0% |
The wagering contributions at Instant Casino follow a fairly standard structure, with video slots contributing 100% toward wagering requirements. This makes slots the most efficient way to clear bonuses and is in line with what most players expect when claiming casino promotions.
What stands out slightly is the treatment of live casino games and crash games. While these game types often contribute nothing—or as little as 10%—at many online casinos, Instant Casino allows both to contribute 20% toward wagering (with the exception of roulette and dice games).
This makes Instant Casino a more flexible option for players who prefer live dealer tables or crash-style games, as wagering bonuses exclusively on slots isn’t always necessary. That said, progress will still be noticeably slower compared to slots.
Other Bonuses
In contrast to other gambling sites that offer a ton of bonuses, the promotional page of Instant Casino is quite empty.
However, it does stand out with a 10% weekly cashback that applies to losses on all games and is automatically credited every Monday.
This cashback is particularly valuable due to its high maximum cap of $/€10,000 and complete lack of wagering requirements. Whatever you receive as a cashback can be instantly cashed out.
Occasionally, you may find a tournament running at Instant Casino but this tends to be more for sports betting than casino. As an example, as of writing this, sports betting tournaments with a weekly prize pool of $/€2,000 are running.
If you prefer casinos with a wider range of promotions, we maintain a curated list of reload bonuses, rakeback rewards, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and tournaments, highlighting high-value offers with player-friendly conditions.
Loyalty Rewards
Instant Casino has yet to roll out any full-fledged loyalty program. However, it does have a half-arsed mission-based one in place.
It seems as if the goal with this is for players to climb a loyalty ladder and as they do, they unlock missions that come with rewards.
However, as of writing this, the only missions available are the following two:
- Wager $/€200 on the Le Bandit slot to receive 20 free spins (daily offer)
- Bet $/€50 on any sport to receive $/€1 free bet (daily offer)
Although it is better than nothing, it is a bit underwhelming, to say the least.
Reputation
The reputation scores listed below represent what players on various platforms think of Instant Casino based on their reported experience.

| Casino Guru | 7.0 / 10 |
| AskGamblers | 7.9 / 10 |
Summary of Player Reviews
We analyzed over 600 player reviews across various platforms, mostly on Trustpilot. The feedback is mixed, with about half being positive and half negative. However, there’s a catch:
- Questionable Positive Reviews: Many top reviews seem fake and AI-generated. For instance, all of the positive ones on AskGamblers follow a similar pattern and come from users who’ve only reviewed Instant Casino and its two sister sites.
- Two Common Complaints:
- Deposit Problems: Players report issues with deposits not being credited correctly, including wrong amounts being charged. Some also mention concerns about their bank’s security checks being bypassed (though it’s unclear what this means).
- Withdrawal Issues: Technical problems that lead to canceled withdrawals and prolonged pending periods are common grievances, which contradicts the casino’s promise of fast, mostly instant, payouts.
- Contextual Insight: Despite these concerns, our experience with the casino’s live chat suggests a large, active player base as the queues to connect to an agent are long. This might mean the negative reviews are rare, isolated incidents rather than widespread problems.
- Casino Response to Feedback: Unlike some of its peers, Instant Casino doesn’t respond to player feedback on review platforms, missing a chance to address concerns and build trust.

Instant Casino offers a comprehensive game selection that is mainly let down by insufficient categorization, a few jackpot games, and a missing live casino platform by Playtech. All in all, though, the casino provides a very solid gaming experience.
Slot Machines
Instant Casino offers over 9,000 slots from more than 90 game studios that include almost all of the biggest names in the online gambling industry.
The only game studios we’d love to see slots from which aren’t supported at the casino are Quickspin and Yggdrasil.
However, you’ll find quality slots from Blueprint, Microgaming (Apricot), NetEnt, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax Gaming, Thunderkick, and more.
Navigating the slot selection, categories for bonus buy, megaways, and new slots are available. However, there is no category for jackpot games.
From what we’ve found, the only progressive jackpot slots available are from the Mega Moolah network and must be searched to play.
As for RTP, our extensive research tells us that this is between 94% – 96% in most games, with a few exceptions where it is lower.
It is clear to us that the casino has chosen to run some of its slot machines on the highest RTP, and some of them on a lower.
Here’s an example of some of the slots we’ve tested:
| Slot Machine | Maximum RTP | Instant Casino’s RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Starburst | 96% | 92% |
| Jack and the Beanstalk | 96% | 96% |
| Laser Fruit | 96% | 93% |
| Book of Dead | 96% | 96% |
| Moon Princess | 96% | 96% |
| Big Bass Bonanza | 96% | 94% |
| Deadwood | 96% | 94% |
| Razor Shark | 96% | 94% |
If you decide to play at Instant Casino, we recommend checking the RTP in each slot before spinning.
Crash Games
The crash game experience at Instant Casino is quite solid as it offers many of the most popular titles such as:
- Aviator
- JetX3
- Rocketman
- Spaceman
However, there is no category at all for these types of games which makes them difficult to find.
The only way to locate a crash game is to know the name of it and specifically search for it.
Live Casino Games
The live casino experience at Instant Casino is supplied by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
These are the only two live casino platforms available which fades in comparison to some casinos that offer 10 or even more.
However, they are arguably two of the best platforms that exist, which means that the gaming experience is superb.
Between them, over 40 unique table games, card games, bingo games, money wheels, and game shows can be played.
While a platform by Playtech would add even more of these games to the selection, and a platform by BetGames or TVBET would enable you to enjoy live lottery games, what Instant Casino has on offer in terms of live casino games is still fantastic.
Here’s a glimpse of some of the games you can play at the casino:
| Roulette Games | Blackjack Games |
|---|---|
| Classic Roulette | Classic Blackjack |
| Fireball Roulette | Easy Blackjack |

Customer Support
| Type | Availability | Info |
|---|---|---|
| Live Chat | 24/7 | On-site |
| 24/7 | support@instantcasino.com | |

We have thoroughly tested the customer support at Instant Casino via several independent interactions with different agents.
All in all, we are very pleased with the service received as we have found agents to be polite and thorough in their answers, showing a genuine willingness to help.
Our only complaint is that it has generally taken us a long time to connect to an agent on live chat. We’ve often found ourselves queued at position 30 or more and have had to wait for 20 minutes to get help.
However, once connected, receiving replies from the agents has been fairly quick, indicating that they aren’t multitasking too many chats, which is good as this is something that often brings down the quality of the service.

General Withdrawal Limits
Similar to many casino sites, Instant Casino limits how much you can withdraw on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as follows:
| Period | Limit |
|---|---|
| Daily | $/€4,000 |
| Weekly | $/€10,000 |
| Monthly | $/€20,000 |
While the monthly limit is common, the daily and weekly ones are higher than that of many other online casinos.
However, as far as we know, no exceptions to the limits can be made even for high rollers, which most casinos usually make.
Withdrawal Times
Living up to its name, the vast majority of withdrawals at Instant Casino are automatically and instantly processed. The casino takes great pride in this, highlighting its instant withdrawals on its homepage and mentioning it in its FAQ.
However, as is evident from the feedback that players have left on review platforms, not all withdrawals are always instant. In rare cases, a withdrawal will get flagged for manual approval and must go through certain security checks that can take up to 24 hours to complete.
At some point, KYC verification (sending the casino an ID and proof of address) must also be done, which will prolong the current withdrawal request.
Despite these occasional exceptions, all of our test withdrawals at Instant Casino have been processed instantly, and customer support assured us that nearly all withdrawals are handled in this way.
Players who prioritise immediate payouts can also compare Instant Casino with other casinos with instant withdrawals, many of which use similar automated systems but apply different limits or verification thresholds.
Currencies Supported
Instant Casino supports a wide range of fiat currencies, of which one is automatically assigned to your account based on your country of residence.
You cannot select a currency yourself.
The casino also doesn’t support accounts in cryptocurrencies or gameplay in crypto even if most of its payment methods are cryptocurrencies.
Instead, whatever you deposit in crypto will be exchanged into your automatically assigned fiat currency.
