Justbit was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2021, Justbit is a seemingly high-quality casino that has a lot of positive things going for it.
It offers a huge and varied game selection above industry-averages, and while normal bonuses are few, its mission-based rewards and loyalty program with daily cashback and instant rakeback offers solid value.
However, the gambling experience is brought down by withdrawal times that are longer than average, poor categorization of live casino games, and daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits even though these are high.
Additionally, the casino claims to be licensed by Gaming Curacao, but this cannot be verified as it normally can which raises the question if Justbit is entirely honest and legitimate.

Welcome Bonus
Justbit offers all new players a bonus on their three first deposits, up to a total of $/€750 + 75 free spins.
| Welcome Bonus | |
|---|---|
| 1st Deposit | 100% up to $/€250 |
| 2nd Deposit | 25% up to $/€500 |
| 3rd Deposit | 75 free spins |
| Type of Bonus | Non-sticky |

While the wagering requirements are fair, being inline with and even lower than many casinos, high rollers may find the potential bonus amounts limiting. In comparisson, some of the best casino bonuses we’ve come across include bonus amounts of several thousands.
That said, the non-sticky nature of the welcome package and absence of maximum cashout limits, still make it quite strong for both casual players and high depositors. It is not unusual to find casinos capping the win potential.
However, the first deposit bonus is clearly the superior one, while the second is quite disappointing due to the low 25% match, and the third is only appealing to minimum depositors due to the very limited number of free spins added.
Wagering Contributions
When playing with a bonus at Justbit, only wagers placed on slot machines and virtual table games contribute to meeting wagering requirements. However, table games only contribute 5%, making slots the only suitable option.
| Wagering Contributions | |
|---|---|
| Video Slots | 100% |
| Table Games (virtual) | 5% |
| Live Casino Games | 0% |
| Video Poker | 0% |
Other Bonuses
In addition to the welcome package, Justbit offers the following promotions:
- 75% bonus up to $/€300 every Tuesday
- Up to 100 free spins every Thursday
- Missions to complete for rewards
Additionally, you will always find plenty of tournaments and cash-drop promotions highlighted at the casino which are hosted by various software providers. As of writing this, six different ones are available.
Bonus Details
The Tuesday reload bonus has a wagering requirement of 40x (bonus), while the Thursday free spins have a wagering requirement of 35x (free spin winnings). Both requirements must be met within 1 day.
The number of free spins received on Thursday is either 50, 75, or 100, which corresponds to a minimum deposit of $/€25, $/€40, or $/€70.
Reward Missions
Several missions are available at Justbit which can be found on your account immediately after signing up to the casino.
As you complete the missions, new ones are unlocked.
The objectives of the missions can be anything from depositing a certain amount of money to verifying your account and winning a certain sum in a game.
Each completed mission rewards you with points that can be traded in for the following:
- 50%, 100%, or 200% reload bonus.
- $/€1, $/€5, $/€50, or $/€500, cash bonus.
- 10, 20, 30, 50, 75, or 100 free spins.
- Gadgets (such as an iPhone and Macbook).
- A wheel spin where various prizes can be won.
Loyalty Rewards
Justbit offers a 51-step loyalty ladder that comes with instant cash prizes for reaching certain levels, a daily cashback on losses, and instant rakeback on all bets. These rewards get increasingly better as you level.
Below is an example of the rewards you get for reaching some of the loyalty levels:
| Level | Instant Prize | Rakeback % | Cashback % | Max Cashback |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 | $/€2 | 4% | 3% | $/€20 |
| 10 | $/€10 | 6% | 6% | $/€100 |
| 15 | $/€25 | 8% | 8% | $/€1,000 |
| 20 | $/€100 | 9% | 9% | $/€3,000 |
| 25 | $/€500 | 9% | 11% | $/€5,500 |
| 30 | $/€1,500 | 10% | 12% | $/€8,000 |
| 35 | $/€3,000 | 11% | 13% | $/€11,250 |
| 40 | $/€7,500 | 11% | 15% | $/€15,000 |
| 45 | $/€15,000 | 13% | 17% | $/€19,000 |
| 51 | Tesla Car | 15% | 20% | No limit |
The cashback is based on your daily net losses while the rakeback is based on the house edge of each game and credited to you whether you win or lose.
For instance, if you wager $/€1,000 on a game with 96% RTP and have a 10% rakeback, you would get $/€4 credited to your account.
The overall value of the loyalty program is quite high, especially for high rollers who wager a ton of money.

What people are saying about Justbit Casino…
“Great casino, one of my favourites to play at! Banking is really fast, and game selection is great. Bonuses and promotions are awesome and the support team is always really helpful! Thanks to Terry for helping me today!” – Charlotte Wilson, Trustpilot
“Great selection of games. High RTP slots and a good reward system. Some live games can be laggy at times.
I received my crypto withdrawal payout, although it did take some time and lots of following up with their team to see why it was taking so long. Not sure if they are understaffed or holding/delaying winnings hoping the player gambles it back into the casino.
It takes a customer a few minutes to deposit their crypto, it should be the same when withdrawing, simple… this type of service would see huge amounts of players but casinos don’t listen.” – raegan mayne, Trustpilot
“Overall pretty decent casino and I have been a customer for over a year now. However, the withdrawal process can take up to 72 hours which is just ridiculous. I have 2 withdrawals pending now for over 24 hours. I’ve contacted them multiple times and I get the same answer every time. Withdrawals should not take that long.” – Nouri Nesrine, Trustpilot
I have asked several times for account closure and this casino and other Casbit casinos are not willing to do so. Even after I told them it is too addictive for me. And still, they keep my accounts open and like to harass me. They keep asking me if I am sure.
These people are making me very angry. This has been going on for months now and still no account closure. I have all the emails and still, they keep stalking me with the same stupid questions. Just block my damn account now. – Patricia, Trustpilot
While the reviews of Justbit are mixed, it should be mentioned that the casino does a great job addressing the negative ones, which is not always the case. While it isn’t proof of the casino’s legitimacy, we find this to be a good sign.

The game selection at Justbit is truly impressive and hard to fault. It’s diverse and extensive, offering a large quantity of high-quality products, supplied by most of the top developers in the iGaming industry.
Its biggest letdown is a limited selection of jackpot games, as many popular ones are unavailable, such as daily jackpots by Red Tiger Gaming and those within the Wowpot and Dream Drops network.
Its live dealer games are also poorly categorized (not at all).

As for jackpot games, the best ones available at Justbit include the Mega Moolah franchise and Divine Fortune by NetEnt.

Customer Support

Our experience with Justbit’s customer support has been a mixed bag. On the plus side, connecting with a chat agent was incredibly fast. Even though it offers a bot service at first, you can quickly bypass this and get to an agent in no time.
The response times we’ve received from agents have also been impressively quick. However, the agent’s responses have felt very robotic and impersonal.
While we did get the answers we were looking for, the conversation lacked a human touch. It felt more like we were interacting with a bot than a real person.
This didn’t necessarily detract from the effectiveness of the support, but it did make the experience feel somewhat sterile and unengaging.

Withdrawal Times
Justbit’s processing times for withdrawals are 48 – 72 hours as mentioned in the casino’s payment policy, and terms and conditions. This is also confirmed via the test withdrawals we have made at the site.
These withdrawal times are regardless if you’re cashing out with crypto or fiat as the casino has a process of reviewing each transaction for security purposes.
In comparison to many casinos that process withdrawals within 24 hours, the processing times at Justbit are a bit long.

Gambling License
- License: Gaming Curacao
- License Number: N/A
- Verification Seal: No
While Justbit claims to be licensed by Gaming Curacao, having a logo of this licensing entity posted in the footer of its website, there is no proof that this is the case.
Casinos that are legitimately licensed by Gaming Curacao are supposed to have a clickable logo in their footer which links to a seal that verifies that the casino’s license is valid.
Justbit does not have such a link. While it looks like they do, they are only linking the logo to their own website. While this might be an honest mistake, it does raise questions about their legitimacy.
