Our experience with MilkyWay Casino’s customer support has been overall positive, yet somewhat of a mixed bag. We’ve tested the quality of the live chat support on three separate occasions, asking a range of questions to get a feel of the service.
Our first impression was quite awful. We had to wait 15 minutes to connect with an agent, and once connected, we were not greeted as you usually are. Instead, we got a mile-long copy-paste message about no deposit bonuses, which was completely unrelated to our inquiry.
