Other Bonuses

NovaJackpot offers quite an extensive range of promotional offers every week.

You can expect to find the following casino bonuses running at all times:

In addition to the above bonuses, NovaJackpot also hosts plenty of competitive tournaments where cash prizes and loyalty coins can be won.

Here’s an example of what’s available at the time of writing and updating this review:

• Blackjack tournament with a $/€5,000 prize pool.
• Crash Crab tournament with a $/€3,600 prize pool.
• Monthly slot tournament with 2,500 loyalty coins.
• Weekly live casino tournament with 1,100 loyalty coins.
• Weekly slot tournament with 1,100 loyalty coins.
• Sports betting tournament with $/€1,500 prize pool.

Loyalty Rewards

NovaJackpot offers two types of loyalty rewards.

The most prevalent one which is available to all players is a shop feature.

For every deposit made, you earn loyal coins equal to 5% of the deposited amount.

Additionally, every $/€100 wagered on casino games also earns you 1 loyalty coin.

The coins can be redeemed for the following rewards:

• Free spins: 5, 10, 20, 75 or 100.
• Free bets: $/€5, $/€10, $/€20, $/€30, $/€40, $/€50.
• Bonus money: $/€5, $/€10, $/€20, $/€30, $/€50, $/€100, $/€200, or $/€300.

The best value is exchanging 1,300 points for $/€300 bonus money.

Excluding the coins earned from deposits, this translates to a 0.2% rakeback on your wagers.

When compared to other casinos that offer a similar bonus system, this is about average.

VIP Ladder

In addition to the shop feature, you climb a 5-step loyalty ladder as you wager money on games.

This ladder allows you to receive weekly cashback and increase your daily and monthly withdrawal limits.

VIP Level	Weekly Cashback	Daily Withdrawal Limit	Monthly Withdrawal Limit
1	N/A	$/€500	$/€7,000
2	N/A	$/€500	$/€10,000
3	5% up to $/€1,000	$/€800	$/€12,000
4	10% up to $/€2,000	$/€1,000	$/€15,000
5	15% up to $/€3,000	$/€1,500	$/€20,000

What people are saying about NovaJackpot…

While the number of player reviews about NovaJackpot is few compared to many other casinos, there are numerous more that we have not posted which also brings up issues with withdrawals.

Game Selection

Game Type	Availability
Slot Machines	✔ 8,500+
Table Games	✔ 100+
Live Casino Games	✔ 8 platforms (Atmosfera, Betgames, Bombay Live, Evolution, Ezugi, OnAir, Playtech, Pragmatic)
Crash Games	✔ 10
Jackpot Games	✔ 100+
Video Poker	✔ 10+
Scratch Cards	✔ 60+
Video Bingo	✔ 60+
Virtual Sports	✔ 15
Sports Betting	✔ Yes

The game selection at NovaJackpot is by far its best feature. Even though it isn’t entirely perfect, it is wide, varied, and very pleasing. However, there are a few drawbacks to note.

One notable absence is the lack of popular crash games like Aviator, JetX, and Rocketman. Furthermore, crash games are not sorted into a separate category, making them difficult to find.

The categorization of slots is also pretty bad. You can only filter slots by provider, jackpot, new, and popular ones. There are no categories for other features, such as bonus buys, megaways, or drops and wins, which are often available at casino sites.

In contrast, the live casino game selection is well-organized, with categories such as Roulette, Blackjack, Game Shows, Baccarat & Dice, and Poker present.

Slot Machines

NovaJackpot offers over 8,500 slots from nearly 100 different slot developers. This includes many of the best ones such as:

• Big Time Gaming
• ELK Studios
• Evoplay
• Fugaso
• Hacksaw Gaming
• Iron Dog Studios
• Microgaming
• NetEnt
• Nolimit City
• Play’n GO
• Pragmatic Play
• Push Gaming
• Quickspin
• Red Tiger Gaming
• Relax Gaming
• Thunderkick
• Yggdrasil

Oddly enough no slots from Blueprint Game are available, which is a bit of a bummer. However, overall, the slot selection is huge and of top quality.

You’ll also find a wide range of jackpot games that include daily jackpot games by Red Tiger Gaming, jackpots within the DreamDrop network, and jackpot games by Amusenet, among others.

However, it’s not a perfect jackpot selection. First of all, fixed jackpot games are mixed in with progressive ones which makes it difficult to find a suitable game. Secondly, popular jackpot games such as Mega Moolah and Mega Fortune are not available.

Live Casino Games

NovaJackpot’s live casino is spearheaded by Evolution Gaming, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play which we think are the top three providers of live dealer games.

These platforms offer a huge range of classic and highly innovative table games, as well as money wheels and game shows. With these providers alone it is difficult to ever have a dull moment.

However, the live casino experience is further enhanced with platforms by OnAir and Betgames. These also add several interesting titles to NovaJackpot’s live game library.

Here’s a glimpse of some of the games you can experience:

We’ve had a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to customer support at NovaJackpot. On the one hand, We’ve found the live chat agents to be knowledgeable and able to answer our questions correctly. They’ve also been polite, even if not overly friendly.

However, the wait times to connect with an agent have been inconsistent. Sometimes it’s quick, but other times we’ve had to wait up to 10 minutes or more, which makes us wonder if they’re understaffed.

Once connected, the conversation flow can also be slow, with several minutes passing between responses. This is probably because the agents are juggling too many chats at once.

Overall, not a bad experience, but also not up there with the best.
