Pickwin Casino Review

Warning!

Pickwin is a BLACKLISTED casino that we recommend avoiding.

We found repeated player reports describing ignored self-exclusion and account-closure requests, including requests from people who disclosed gambling problems. Many players also describe customer support as unreachable or extremely slow, and our own Telegram inquiry received no response.

Other areas of the site also appear neglected: important promotion and loyalty terms are missing, promotional wording is outdated, and the casino’s shop feature has remained empty for months. These concerns outweigh its large game selection and the successful withdrawal completed during our review.

Pickwin was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.

Launched in 2025, Pickwin is an international online casino and sportsbook operated by Nalate S.R.L. It has a verifiable Tobique Gaming Commission licence and accepts players from many countries, including most Canadian provinces. Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Brunswick are among the restricted locations relevant to our readers.

The game library is Pickwin’s clearest strength. We counted more than 14,500 games from over 100 studios, including 12,000+ slots, 200+ crash games, 200+ scratch cards, 90+ virtual sports games, and live casino titles from more than a dozen platforms. This places the casino among the largest sites we have reviewed by game count.

That quantity comes with some notable gaps. We could not find any video poker or progressive jackpot games, and only a couple of virtual bingo titles were available. Slot RTP settings are also inconsistent: several tested games used their highest available RTP, while others used reduced configurations, including a 90% version of Starburst.

The welcome bonus initially looks competitive, offering a 100% match up to $/€500 with 30x wagering on the bonus alone. However, Pickwin applies a $/€300 maximum cashout across its promotions. At the maximum welcome-bonus claim, the cashout ceiling is lower than the $/€500 bonus itself, making the offer increasingly restrictive as the deposit increases.

Banking is another mixed area. Only Interac and cryptocurrencies appeared during our checks using accounts from several countries. Pickwin supports 15 cryptocurrencies, but players seeking cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, or locally varied payment options will find the selection extremely limited.

Our €19 USDT test withdrawal was successful and reached our wallet in close to 50 hours, which was within Pickwin’s stated withdrawal processing time of three business days. However, KYC had to be completed before we could request it. Pickwin therefore should not be treated as an anonymous casino with no ID verification.

The decisive problem is player protection. Pickwin has no self-service deposit limits or self-exclusion facility inside the account. Its responsible gambling page tells players to request exclusion by email, yet we found repeated complaints from people who said their requests were ignored for weeks or months. Some explicitly stated that they had disclosed a gambling problem but could still access their accounts.

Customer support is a broader problem as well. Pickwin has no live chat, our Telegram inquiry received no response, and unresponsive or extremely slow support was the most common issue in the critical player reviews we examined. That creates risks whenever players need help with verification, withdrawals, account security, bonus disputes, or account closure.

The self-exclusion reports are particularly concerning because the Tobique Gaming Commission requires licensees to maintain exclusion systems and implement requests as soon as practicable. Combined with the wider support failures, signs of site neglect, and serious questions about Pickwin’s unusually positive public-review profile, this is enough for us to recommend that players avoid the casino.

Canadian players looking for alternatives can compare the operators covered on our independently researched list of casino sites available in Canada. Pickwin is not included among our listed options.

World Wide Gambler’s Score

Pickwin’s scores for Reputation & Trust, Games, Bonuses, and Support
Reputation & Trust ★☆☆☆☆
Game Selection ★★★★★
Bonus Value ★★☆☆☆
Customer Support ★☆☆☆☆

Pickwin receives the highest possible game-selection score because its library is unusually large even by international offshore-casino standards. The missing progressive jackpots and video poker prevent the lobby from being comprehensive, but few casinos offer more games overall.

The bonus score recognises the welcome offer’s low 30x bonus-only wagering and the wager-free Monday deposit boost. It remains low because the site-wide $/€300 promotional cashout ceiling can remove much of the value, particularly from larger claims.

The reputation and support scores reflect the repeated self-exclusion complaints, questionable public-review pattern, lack of live chat, and our unsuccessful attempt to obtain a Telegram response. A valid licence and one successful test withdrawal are positive findings, but they do not outweigh the player-protection concerns.

Why Pickwin Is Blacklisted

We reserve blacklisting for problems that may expose players to serious harm, rather than using it for every casino with weak bonuses, slow support, or an unimpressive game selection. Pickwin crossed that threshold because of the combined weight of its support failures and recurring reports that self-exclusion requests were not acted upon.

Numerous players report asking Pickwin to close or self-exclude their accounts and then being ignored. Several say they made repeated requests over periods ranging from weeks to six months. The most concerning reports come from players who explicitly described a gambling problem or overspending but said they remained able to access the casino.

This is materially different from an ordinary complaint about a delayed support reply. A player requesting self-exclusion may be trying to prevent immediate financial or personal harm, so the operator must be capable of acting promptly.

Pickwin’s account interface made matters worse because we found no self-service controls for self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, or session limits. Its responsible gambling page instead instructs players to send an email. That leaves the protection dependent on support responding and processing the request correctly—the exact process that multiple players say failed them.

The support problem is not limited to self-exclusion. Many critical reviews describe messages going unanswered or responses taking a week, while our own Telegram question received no reply. With no live chat available, players may struggle to obtain timely assistance with withdrawals, verification, bonuses, or security concerns as well as responsible gambling requests.

There are also signs that parts of the site are not being properly maintained. Pickwin provides incomplete terms for its referral and loyalty rewards, still uses 2025 wording on a promotion in 2026, and has displayed an empty shop for months. These shortcomings would not justify blacklisting on their own, but they reinforce the broader concern that important player-facing services are being neglected.

The regulator’s rules make these reports more serious. The Tobique Gaming Commission’s General Code of Practice states that licensees must maintain systems through which customers can request temporary or permanent exclusion. It also says exclusion requests should be recorded and implemented as soon as practicable.

We cannot independently verify the internal history of every player account or formally determine that Pickwin breached its licence. However, if the repeated reports are accurate, the described handling would appear inconsistent with those regulatory requirements. The consistency of the complaints, lack of account-based controls, and failure of our own general support test together justify a precautionary recommendation to avoid the casino.

Our blacklist decision is not based on allegations that Pickwin never pays. We completed one withdrawal successfully, and only a small part of the critical feedback concerns unpaid withdrawals. Nor is the decision based on players saying they lost or believing games were unfair. Those claims do not prove manipulated results and were given little weight in our assessment.

Reputation

Pickwin has one of the most unusual public-review profiles we have encountered for such a new casino. When checked in September 2026, its Trustpilot profile displayed more than 6,500 reviews, with approximately 98% carrying five stars, despite Pickwin having launched only in late 2025.

Source Finding
Trustpilot More than 6,500 reviews; approximately 98% five-star ratings
AskGamblers forum Discussion of alleged five-star review incentives
Casino Guru forum Detailed complaint about unanswered self-exclusion requests

A near-perfect score is not automatically evidence of manipulation. However, the volume, timing, and content of Pickwin’s reviews give substantial reasons not to treat the rating as a dependable measure of player satisfaction.

Why We Do Not Rely on the Five-Star Rating

Many of the five-star submissions we checked were one-line comments such as “really good,” “great service,” or similarly broad praise without details about deposits, withdrawals, verification, bonuses, or dispute handling. Short reviews can come from genuine players, but thousands of them provide little useful evidence about how the casino performs.

Several reviewers allege that Pickwin offered free spins in connection with five-star reviews. One critical reviewer wrote: “Forced me to write a 5 star review to get free spins from a refer code.” A separate user-created discussion on the AskGamblers forum documented similar allegations.

We cannot determine how many positive submissions resulted from such incentives. We therefore do not describe the entire profile as fake or claim that reviews were purchased. Nevertheless, offering a gambling reward in exchange for a five-star rating would bias the resulting feedback, and the allegations are sufficiently specific to make Pickwin’s displayed score unreliable for our assessment.

What the Negative Reviews Say

Because the overwhelmingly positive score could not be treated at face value, we examined the critical reviews for specific and recurring complaints. We did not assume that every negative allegation was accurate, and we gave little weight to unsupported statements that games were rigged or had “no RTP.” Losing sessions do not establish unfair software.

The dominant credible theme was customer support. Players repeatedly described receiving no reply, waiting a week or longer for an answer, or being unable to obtain meaningful assistance. This closely matches our own experience of sending a question through Pickwin’s advertised Telegram channel and receiving no response.

The second—and much more serious—theme was ignored account-closure and self-exclusion requests. Individual reviewers described making three separate requests, trying for six months, or repeatedly following instructions without having the account closed. Some explicitly referred to gambling addiction, large continuing losses, or the need to stop playing.

We also found a detailed Casino Guru forum post from a player who said Pickwin ignored requests for self-exclusion or a temporary account hold after overspending. According to the post, the only response received suggested that the player stop playing instead of closing the account. As with all user reports, we cannot inspect the private correspondence, but the account is consistent with the wider pattern.

Complaints about unpaid withdrawals existed but were comparatively scattered. Our own small cashout was paid, so we did not find enough evidence to conclude that Pickwin systematically withholds legitimate withdrawals. The recurring support and self-exclusion reports are far better documented and form the basis of our reputation score.

Responsible Gambling Tools

Pickwin has a responsible gambling information page, but the practical controls available to registered players are among the weakest we have encountered. We found no facility inside the account area to set deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, time-outs, or self-exclusion.

The published process says players can request self-exclusion by email. Requiring support contact is less protective than an immediate account-based control because it introduces a delay at the moment a player may be trying to prevent further gambling.

That design is especially problematic in Pickwin’s case because numerous players report that account-closure and self-exclusion messages were unanswered or not acted upon. Some complaints describe waiting weeks or months, while others say the casino continued making excuses instead of closing the account.

The Tobique Gaming Commission’s current code says customers should be able to set a gambling-management control at any time after registration. Licensees must provide at least one of a deposit limit, loss limit, or time-played reminder. It separately requires systems for temporary or permanent self-exclusion and says requests should be implemented as soon as practicable.

Pickwin’s lack of visible account controls appears difficult to reconcile with those expectations.

Overall, the reported failure of the exclusion process is the principal reason Pickwin is blacklisted, with its wider customer-support problems adding to the concern. A large game library or successful withdrawal cannot compensate for an operator that players may be unable to reach when they need urgent help.

Customer Support

Pickwin does not provide conventional live chat support. During our review, the general contact options presented to players were Facebook Messenger and Telegram. An email address was also provided for responsible gambling requests.

This setup is substantially weaker than the support offered by most international casinos, where 24/7 live chat is standard. It also requires players to contact the casino through third-party social or messaging platforms rather than from within the secure account interface.

We tested the Telegram contact by sending a question but did not receive a reply. One unanswered inquiry cannot establish that every player will be ignored, but it aligns with the most common complaint found in public player reviews.

The lack of responsive support has consequences beyond inconvenience. Players may need help with KYC documents, pending withdrawals, compromised accounts, bonus disputes, or urgent self-exclusion.

Welcome Bonus

Pickwin offers new players a first deposit bonus of 100% up to $/€500. The match percentage and maximum amount are ordinary by international casino standards, but the 30x wagering requirement is lower than the 40x or higher bonus wagering commonly attached to comparable offers.

Pickwin welcome bonus terms
Term Condition
Match Percentage 100%
Maximum Bonus $/€500
Wagering Requirement 30x bonus
Time Limit 7 days
Maximum Bet No maximum mentioned
Maximum Cashout $/€300

The fact that wagering applies only to the received bonus is important and makes the 30x requirement generous by current casino-bonus standards. If a player deposits €100 and receives another €100, the wagering target is €3,000. A 30x requirement applied to both the deposit and bonus would instead require €6,000 in bets.

Pickwin also does not state a maximum bet while completing this offer in the bonus rules we reviewed. Many casinos limit individual bonus bets to around $/€5, so the absence of such a restriction reduces the risk of accidentally breaching the terms through bet size. It is especially flexible for higher-budget players who ordinarily place larger bets and may find a low fixed maximum impractical.

The seven-day completion period is less favourable. It gives players limited time to complete thousands in wagering, particularly when claiming the larger bonus amounts. Increasing stakes to meet a deadline also increases the likelihood of losing the balance before wagering is completed.

How the $/€300 Maximum Cashout Changes the Value

The major drawback is Pickwin’s $/€300 maximum promotional cashout. This is a general bonus rule rather than a restriction limited to the welcome offer.

Practical effect of Pickwin’s welcome bonus cashout limit
Deposit Bonus Required Wagering Maximum Cashout Cashout Cap Relative to Bonus
$/€20 $/€20 $/€600 $/€300 15x bonus
$/€100 $/€100 $/€3,000 $/€300 3x bonus
$/€500 $/€500 $/€15,000 $/€300 0.6x bonus

The restriction has limited practical effect on a small claim because a $/€20 bonus can still produce a withdrawal worth up to 15 times the promotional amount. Its effect becomes progressively worse as the bonus increases.

At the maximum claim, players must complete $/€15,000 in wagering but can cash out no more than $/€300 under the published promotional cap. This is only 60% of the $/€500 bonus received and makes claiming the full advertised amount particularly poor value.

Maximum cashout rules vary widely between casinos. Some welcome bonuses place no ceiling on withdrawals, while restricted offers commonly allow around five or ten times the bonus amount. A fixed $/€300 cap is therefore among the lowest we encounter, particularly when attached to an offer advertising up to $/€500 in bonus funds.

Players should assess this ceiling before deciding how much to deposit, not just the match percentage and wagering requirement. Unlike a five-times-bonus limit, Pickwin’s fixed cap becomes proportionally worse whenever the claimed bonus increases.

Pickwin’s low wagering is therefore not enough for the offer to qualify among the highest-value casino bonuses we feature. The maximum cashout removes too much upside, especially for medium and large deposits.

Ongoing Promotions

Pickwin advertised three ongoing casino promotions during our review: a Monday deposit boost, a deposit-linked free spins offer, and a referral program. All have potentially useful features, but important conditions are missing or unclear.

Ongoing promotions at Pickwin
Promotion Reward Main Conditions
Monday Cash Boost 10% added to every Monday deposit No stated upper limit; credited as cash without wagering
Deposit Free Spins 20–200 free spins Deposit $/€25–$/€200; 5x wagering on free spin winnings
Refer a Friend $/€30 per referral, increasing to as much as $/€40 Qualification requirements are not published

10% Monday Cash Boost

Deposits made on Monday receive an additional 10%, with no stated upper bonus limit. Pickwin describes the additional funds as cash and does not apply a wagering requirement, which is substantially better than a conventional reload bonus that must be wagered before withdrawal.

However, the general bonus rules state that the $/€300 maximum cashout applies to all promotions. Unless Pickwin expressly exempts the Monday boost, that restriction may still limit the resulting withdrawal despite the added funds being described as cash.

This creates an important contradiction in practical value: the 10% boost has no upper reward limit, but the casino’s general promotional cashout ceiling can make a larger claim disadvantageous. We would not treat the offer as unrestricted cash without written clarification from Pickwin.

Deposit Free Spins

Pickwin deposit and free spins tiers
Deposit Free Spins
$/€25 20 free spins
$/€50 50 free spins
$/€100 100 free spins
$/€200 200 free spins

The free spins have a low 5x wagering requirement on winnings. This is much easier to complete than the 30x–50x requirements frequently applied to free spin winnings.

The reward itself is modest relative to the required deposit. At the $/€25 tier, the 20 spins were worth only around $/€2–$/€5 in total, depending on which eligible slot was selected. The higher tiers increase the number of spins broadly in line with the deposit rather than making the promotion progressively more generous.

We could not establish from the published information whether this is a one-time promotion or can be used repeatedly. That should be stated clearly because it materially changes the offer’s long-term value.

The promotional page also said players could use the spins on “the most popular slot of 2025.” This wording had not been updated when checked in 2026. An outdated year does not change the mathematical terms, but it reinforces the impression that Pickwin does not consistently maintain its promotional information.

Refer a Friend Bonus

Pickwin provides registered players with a unique referral link and advertises a reward of $/€30 per successful referral. The amount increases as more players are referred, reaching as much as $/€40 per referral. However, Pickwin does not explain what a referred player must do before the referral becomes successful.

We tested the tracking process by registering through a Pickwin referral link. The new registration appeared on the referring account’s referral page, confirming that the link had tracked, but no reward was credited.

It is possible that the referred player must make a qualifying deposit, as this is common with other refer a friend bonuses at online casino sites. Pickwin does not state that requirement, however. The casino also does not clearly explain any minimum deposit, wagering requirement, or other restrictions attached to the reward.

Until the qualification criteria are published, players cannot know what action triggers the $/€30–$/€40 payment. A referral program should explain this before users share their link or encourage someone else to register.

Loyalty Rewards

Pickwin displays a seven-level loyalty ladder. All players begin at Level 1, and loss-based cashback is introduced from Level 2. The rate then increases at each subsequent tier.

Pickwin loyalty cashback rates
Loyalty Level Cashback on Net Losses
Level 1 None stated
Level 2 4%
Level 3 6%
Level 4 8%
Level 5 10%
Level 6 12%
Level 7 14%

Cashback of 4%–14% on net losses could be valuable, but a percentage alone is not enough to evaluate a loyalty reward. Players also need to know the calculation period, which games and wagers count, whether bonuses or withdrawals are deducted, how the reward is claimed, whether wagering applies, and whether there are minimum or maximum amounts.

Pickwin did not explain these conditions on its loyalty page or in the general terms we reviewed. The interface displayed an experience requirement for each level but did not state how experience was earned or how much wagering was required per point.

This means players cannot calculate how much play is required to reach a particular cashback percentage. They also cannot determine the real value of the cashback after any unstated withdrawal or wagering conditions.

Empty Bonus Shop

Pickwin also includes a “Shop” in its main menu. At many casinos, this type of feature allows players to exchange loyalty points or coins for free spins, bonus cash, or other rewards.

Pickwin’s shop contained no products, redemption options, or explanation during our checks. As of updating this review, it has remained empty for months, so it can not be treated as an active loyalty benefit.

Overall, the loyalty program is incomplete. The advertised cashback rates look decent, but the missing earning and redemption rules prevent a meaningful comparison with properly documented casino loyalty schemes.

Game Selection

Game selection is the strongest part of Pickwin. We counted more than 14,500 casino games supplied by over 100 studios, placing it among the largest international casino libraries we have inspected.

Pickwin game selection by category
Game Category Approximate Selection
Slot Machines 12,000+
Crash Games 200+
Scratch Cards 200+
Virtual Sports 90+
Virtual Bingo A few games
Video Poker None found
Progressive Jackpots None found

Slots and Specialty Games

With more than 12,000 slots, Pickwin offers enough variety to cover almost every mainstream slot style. The lobby includes conventional video slots, cluster-pay games, Megaways titles, bonus-buy games, high-volatility releases, classic fruit machines, and branded mechanics from numerous providers.

The 200+ crash games and 200+ scratch cards are also unusually large selections. Many casinos offer only a few dozen titles in either category, so Pickwin provides meaningful depth beyond ordinary slots.

Virtual sports is another strong category, with more than 90 games. However, players looking for video poker, progressive jackpots, or a broad virtual bingo range will find conspicuous gaps. We could not locate any video poker or progressive jackpot titles, and only a couple of virtual bingo games appeared.

Live Casino Games

Pickwin aggregates live games from an extensive list of platforms:

  • 7Mojos
  • Absolute Live Gaming
  • BetGames
  • Eeze Casino
  • El Casino
  • Evolution
  • Ezugi
  • Iconic21
  • LuckyStreak
  • Platipus
  • Playtech
  • Skywind
  • TVBET
  • Vivo Gaming
  • Winfinity
  • XPro Gaming

This supplier mix gives players access to standard blackjack, roulette and baccarat tables alongside game shows, live dice games, live lottery-style formats, and dealer-led titles aimed at different regional markets. Few casinos combine this many live platforms in one lobby.

Sports Betting

Pickwin also operates a sportsbook, allowing casino and sports balances to be accessed through the same site. Our review focused on the casino product, so the presence of sports betting is included as a platform feature rather than scored as a separately tested betting service.

RTP Configurations Tested

Some game providers supply casinos with several approved RTP configurations for the same slot. We opened a sample of games at Pickwin and checked the RTP displayed in their in-game information. The results varied considerably.

RTP settings found in selected Pickwin slots
Slot Provider RTP Found Configuration Assessment
Deadwood Nolimit City Approximately 96% Highest available setting
Midnight Marauder Relax Gaming Approximately 96% Highest available setting
Big Bass Bonanza Pragmatic Play Approximately 96% Highest available setting
Le Viking Hacksaw Gaming Approximately 94% Second-highest setting
Book of Dead Play’n GO Approximately 94% Second-highest setting
Laser Fruit Red Tiger Approximately 95% Second-highest setting
Starburst NetEnt 90% One of the lowest available settings

The highest configurations found in three popular games are a meaningful positive. Pickwin is not applying reduced RTP settings across its entire lobby.

However, the lower settings in other games mean players cannot assume that every title uses its standard or best-known RTP. The 90% version of Starburst is particularly weak compared with the maximum version of roughly 96%.

A six-percentage-point RTP difference changes the expected long-run loss from roughly $/€4 to $/€10 for every $/€100 wagered. RTP does not predict what will happen in one session, but that gap becomes financially meaningful over repeated play.

Overall Game Selection Verdict

Pickwin’s game library is excellent by size and variety. The range of slots, crash games, scratch cards, virtual sports, and live platforms is broader than what most international casinos provide.

The main qualifications are the missing video poker and progressive jackpots, limited virtual bingo, and inconsistent RTP choices. These shortcomings matter, but the overall library still earns Pickwin’s only five-star category score.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Pickwin’s banking setup is much narrower than many competing casinos. We checked the cashier through accounts registered from multiple countries, but only Interac and cryptocurrency options appeared. The exact cryptocurrency selection was considerably broader, with 15 supported coins.

Payment Methods

Payment methods found at Pickwin
Method Type Availability Examples
Interac Available where supported Canadian dollar transfers
Cryptocurrencies 15 coins BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, DOGE, XRP, SOL, TRX and others
Payment Cards Not found during testing None displayed
E-wallets Not found during testing None displayed
Conventional Bank Transfer Not found during testing None displayed

The crypto selection includes Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, XRP, Solana, and Tron. This covers many of the most widely used casino cryptocurrencies and gives crypto players several network and transaction-cost options.

The problem is the lack of alternatives. Players who do not use Interac or cryptocurrency may have no practical way to fund the account. We would normally expect a multi-country casino to vary its payment methods by location and offer at least some cards, bank options, or e-wallets.

Although Ethereum is supported, payment compatibility alone is not enough for Pickwin to be included on our example list of Ethereum casinos. Its support and responsible gambling problems take priority over the number of accepted coins.

Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit was approximately $/€11, while withdrawals started at approximately $/€15. The exact displayed amount can vary slightly by the currency selected during account creation.

Both thresholds are reasonably accessible. The withdrawal minimum is low enough that players do not need to leave a substantial balance trapped merely because it falls below a high cashout threshold.

KYC Verification

Pickwin required us to complete identity verification before the cashier would allow a withdrawal request. The process was electronic and involved photographing an identity document and completing a selfie check.

This is a conventional KYC procedure, and the verification itself did not cause us problems. The important practical point is its timing: players should be prepared to verify before their first withdrawal, even when cashing out a small amount.

A withdrawal cannot be requested until the required KYC process has been completed. Players should register with accurate personal details and ensure they have a valid identity document before depositing.

Our Test Withdrawal

We withdrew €19 through USDT after completing verification. The funds reached our wallet in close to 50 hours.

Result of our Pickwin withdrawal test
Withdrawal Amount €19 equivalent
Method USDT
KYC Required Yes, before requesting the withdrawal
Time to Receive Funds Close to 50 hours
Outcome Paid successfully

Pickwin’s terms allow up to three business days for withdrawal processing, so our payment arrived within the stated timeframe. This test supports the accuracy of the published processing claim for one small USDT cashout.

It does not establish how larger withdrawals, fiat cashouts, repeated payments, or accounts undergoing additional checks will be handled. Our result should be understood as one successful test rather than a guarantee of future processing times.

Pickwin does not qualify for our list of fast withdrawal casinos, where sites must normally process payouts within 24 hours. Its three-business-day policy and approximately 50-hour test result both exceed that inclusion threshold.

Currencies Supported

Pickwin allowed the following account currencies to be selected during registration:

  • ARS
  • AUD
  • BRL
  • CAD
  • COP
  • EUR
  • GBP
  • INR
  • USD
  • USDT

This is a useful mix for a site serving multiple regions, although the cashier does not provide the same geographic variety. Players can choose currencies such as EUR, INR, or USD but may still only see cryptocurrency as a practical payment option.

An available account currency also does not establish country eligibility. For example, Pickwin offered AUD and GBP as currency choices even though players located in Australia and the United Kingdom were prohibited under the restricted-country rules we reviewed.

Accepted and Restricted Countries

Pickwin accepts registrations from a wide range of countries, but its terms listed approximately 32 restricted jurisdictions when we completed this review. Players should check the current restricted-country clause before opening an account because the list may change.

Among the main markets we cover at World Wide Gamblers:

Pickwin availability in selected countries
Country or Region Status Found During Review
Australia ✖ Restricted
Canada ✔ Accepted except ✖ New Brunswick
India ✔ Accepted
Ireland ✔ Accepted
New Zealand ✔ Accepted
South Africa ✔Accepted
United Kingdom ✖ Restricted
United States ✖ Restricted

Residents of Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and New Brunswick must not register or play. A selectable AUD, GBP, USD, or CAD account currency does not override the geographic restrictions.

U.S. players cannot use Pickwin and can instead compare our updated list of top U.S. online casinos, where we assess availability, banking, bonuses, games, withdrawals, support, and trust factors for the U.S. market.

Canadian acceptance should also not be confused with province-by-province licensing. Pickwin operates under a Tobique Gaming Commission licence rather than being presented as an operator authorised by every Canadian provincial gambling authority.

Gambling Licence

Pickwin displays a Tobique Gaming Commission seal in its footer. We checked the seal and the regulator’s public information rather than relying only on the written licensing claim on the casino website.

  • Regulator: Tobique Gaming Commission
  • Licensed Company: Nalate S.R.L.
  • Verification Seal: Yes

Nalate S.R.L. appeared as a current licensee in the Tobique Gaming Commission’s public register when checked in September 2026.

The licence and verifiable seal are positive because they establish an identifiable regulator and published operating standards. However, a licence is not proof that every operational practice complies with those standards, and it does not erase evidence of player-protection failures.

The footer says Pickwin is legally authorised to conduct “any and all games of chance and wagering.” This should be understood as referring to the activities covered by its Tobique licence, not permission to accept players in every country. Pickwin’s own terms prohibit numerous jurisdictions, and local gambling laws may impose additional restrictions.

Company Information

Pickwin publishes the following operating-company information in its website footer:

  • Company: Nalate S.R.L.
  • Registration Number: 3-102-918278
  • Registered Country: Costa Rica
  • Registered Address: Provincia 01 San José, Cantón 01 San José, Mata Redonda, Boulevard Ernesto Rohrmoser, Edificio Sabana Business Center, Piso Doce, Diagonal al Estadio Nacional, Costa Rica

Providing a legal company name, registration number, physical address, and verifiable licence is better than the anonymous ownership found at some offshore casinos. These details create an identifiable entity behind the website.

Nevertheless, corporate transparency is only one part of trust. Pickwin’s published identity does not outweigh the recurring reports that urgent player-protection requests were not acted upon or the broader difficulty players report when trying to reach customer support.

Final Verdict

Pickwin combines one of the largest game libraries we have reviewed with a verifiable licence, broad cryptocurrency support, low welcome-bonus wagering, and a test withdrawal that arrived within the casino’s stated timeframe.

Those strengths make the underlying platform look competitive until support, responsible gambling, and promotional restrictions are examined more closely.

The $/€300 site-wide bonus cashout ceiling severely limits larger promotions, the loyalty program cannot be properly evaluated from its incomplete rules, and customer support did not answer our Telegram inquiry.

Most importantly, multiple players across independent platforms describe self-exclusion or account-closure requests being ignored even after disclosing gambling problems. This is not a minor service complaint. It concerns whether a vulnerable person can reliably stop accessing the casino when asking for protection.
