PlaySunny was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2014, PlaySunny is a UK-only casino site best suited for players who don’t mind playing without a bonus as these are few and far between. They are also of low value when compared to other casinos, being subject to a maximum cashout limit of £250.
However, the casino does shine with a strong reputation among players and a highly rated game selection that includes over 1,850 slot machines, a rich array of live casino games across multiple platforms, as well as plenty of slingos and other products.
Highlights also include a wide variety of payment methods, such as PayPal and Trustly, and fast withdrawal times within 24 hours. A license from the UK Gambling Commission and a fantastic customer support service also add layers of trust and satisfaction to the gambling experience.

Important Note
Although unlikely to ever affect you, we feel obliged to share that Play Sunny Casino has a maximum win limit of £250,000 stated in its terms and conditions. This limit only applies per game round and does not include winnings made from progressive jackpots.
We can’t think of any available game where the potential payout and bet limits would be high enough to reach an amount of £250,000 from a single game round. But it’s still good to keep this limit in mind, especially if you’re a high roller.
Welcome Bonus
By making a minimum deposit of £10, all new players at PlaySunny Casino receive 20 free spins on the Big Bass Splash slot machine worth a total of £2.
While the value of the offer is minuscule compared to most other casinos in the UK, no wagering requirements apply to the free spin winnings which is a plus.

Other Bonuses
Being the major downside of the casino, PlaySunny has a very limited selection of casino bonuses. As of writing this, you will only find a drops and wins promotion available on their promotional page and this is not their own bonus, but a provider bonus by Pragmatic Play.
It should be mentioned though that personalized offers are a thing at PlaySunny Casino. This means that you can have match bonuses and free spin offers added exclusively to your account. There is no guarantee of receiving these bonuses, but the more you play at the site, the more likely it is to receive a bonus.
An important thing to note is that all of Play Sunny Casino’s bonuses have a maximum cashout limit of £250 which is very restrictive. You should also know that 40x wagering requirements are standard, whereas all games that aren’t slots contribute towards this requirement by 10%.
Loyalty Rewards
No loyalty rewards are currently available at PlaySunny Casino.

What people are saying about PlaySunny Casino…
“I have to say I was dubious about this one, but can honestly say always give credit where it’s due. I won 1K last night from £250 deposits playing mainly fluffy favourites and Slingo. These two games are high volatility and don’t normally yield big wins, maybe I was just lucky, but still a great experience.
A couple of games just ate my money with dead spin after dead spin. However, that’s just the nature of gambling, you win some you lose some. I cashed out £600 via my PayPal and money was credited within 3 hours so I can only speak highly of this casino.” – Anon, Trustpilot
“I’m a new member, and so far I have found Play Sunny a decent casino, games are good, responsive C.S., fast payouts.
UPDATE: I have continued to play with Play Sunny for a while now, and still my view of the site is a positive one, great games, great Customer Service, fast payouts, no issues with the games at all, no “dirty tactics” employed by other slot sites I’ve played before.
A real good all-rounder company I enjoy playing on.” – James, Trustpilot
“Up to now, it’s a positive review. Great choice of games and RTP seems very fair. Will upgrade to 5 after the first withdrawal process. Updated to 5 stars. Payment received within 12 hours. Very happy. Great casino.” – lee jenkinson, Trustpilot
“Deposited £20 and won approx. £43 including stake. Wanted to withdraw winnings but had to upload various documents. Took 2-3 days to confirm docs. Finally processed the docs, and the account is now locked. I apparently have to confirm via email that I don’t have a gambling problem, or something to that effect (I deposited and played once….).
This has been going back and forth for over a week. Still awaiting the unlocking of my account so I can withdraw my small winnings.
Update: Finally got my winnings after 2 weeks. £2.50 withdrawal fee for £43 :( Will never use this site again.” – Archie Pollock, Trustpilot
Play Sunny has not responded to any of the negative reviews posted about them.
Game Selection
The game selection at PlaySunny Casino is very pleasing and on par with most UKGC-licensed casino sites. This is what you’ll find:
| Game Type | Availability |
|---|---|
| Slot Machines | ✔ 1,850+ |
| Table Games | ✔ Yes |
| Live Casino Games | ✔ 3 Platforms (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, OnAir) |
| Crash Games | ✔ 3+ |
| Jackpot Games | ✔ 72+ |
| Slingo | ✔ 60+ |
| Video Poker | ✖ No |
| Scratchcards | ✔ Yes |
| Video Bingo | ✔ Yes |
| Poker Platform | ✖ No |
| Virtual Sports | ✖ No |
| Sports Betting | ✖ No |
While overall great, the obvious downside of the game selection is that certain products aren’t available at all. The bingo games are also single-player ones and not competitive bingo rooms where you compete against other players.
Slot Machines
With over 1,800 slots and 70 jackpot games, the slot experience at PlaySunny Casino is nothing short of fantastic.
The site is partnered with many of the best software providers. This means that you’ll find a ton of highly entertaining and visually stunning slots that are packed with interesting features and mechanics.
Here’s a list of some of the top companies that you will find slots from:
- Big Time Gaming
- Blueprint Gaming
- ELK Studios
- Fantasma
- Iron Dog Studios
- Microgaming
- NetEnt
- Play’n GO
- Red Tiger Gaming
- Thunderkick
- Yggdrasil
As for jackpot slots, these include the world-renowned Mega Moolah series, the popular Mega Fortune by NetEnt, as well as several slots featuring the Jackpot King and Wowpot jackpot network.
Live Casino Games
Play Sunny Casino offers a ton of live casino games, including all of the classics you would expect, unique twists of these classics, and highly entertaining and innovative money wheels and game shows.
The casino offers a live casino experience via the following three platforms:
| Platform | Unique Games | Game Types |
|---|---|---|
| Evolution Gaming | 40+ | Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker, Dice, Bingo, Money Wheel, Game Show |
| OnAir | 6+ | Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Money Wheel, Live Slot |
| Pragmatic Play | 12+ | Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Dice, Bingo, Money Wheel, Game Show |
The only live casino platform that we truly miss is Playtech’s as this features a ton of interesting and great games as well.
However, there are also no live lottery games available at Play Sunny, which you would find at some casino sites.
That said, this is more of an observation rather than a complaint as we believe the live casino experience is top-notch as it is.
Customer Support
| Type | Availability | Info |

Having tested PlaySunny’s customer support on a couple of occasions, we have almost nothing but great things to say. It lives up to our expectations, which are quite high. The agents we have spoken to have all been very polite and responsive, quickly answering our questions in an efficient way.
Our only critique is the limited operating hours of the support as it is not available during the night. For some reason, the chat support was also not available on one occasion when we tried to reach out. These things can happen though so it’s not a big deal.

Withdrawal Times
The withdrawal times at PlaySunny range from instant to 24 hours at most. According to the management of the casino, withdrawals are handled all around the clock, and as long as an account is fully KYC verified, the processing time is usually instant.
The time would only be longer when certain security checks are needed, but even then, the processing time is rarely longer than 24 hours.
This aligns with what players are saying on Trustpilot as many are praising PlaySunny for its fast withdrawal times.
If fast withdrawals are a priority for you, it can also be helpful to compare PlaySunny with other casinos that focus on rapid payout processing.
