Rocketpot’s customer support falls woefully short of expectations, with several major issues that detract from the overall experience.
A major red flag is the lack of weekend support, which leaves players stranded during peak gaming hours. This is a surprising omission, given that almost all online casinos offer support seven days a week.
Unfortunately, the support itself is also underwhelming. When we interacted with agents, we found their responses to be consistently brief and lacking in detail. It’s clear that they’re not going the extra mile to help players, and instead seem to be doing the bare minimum.

General Fees

Stated in its terms and conditions, Rocketpot mentions that if you win more than $/€5,000, it reserves the right to only pay out $/€5,000 per month.
This is a huge negative. While monthly withdrawal limits aren’t uncommon at casinos, they tend to be at least $/€20,000.
Imagine staking $/€1 in a slot and hitting a 50,0000x win. It would take you ten months to get paid and you would have to visit the casino every month to request a payment. We find this to be totally unacceptable.
Withdrawal Times
The withdrawal processing times at Rocketpot are within 72 hours according to its terms and conditions. On the other hand, its withdrawal section mentions that cashouts are usually approved instantly.
When we asked customer support about average timeframes, we did not get a clear response. The agent only said that withdrawals are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
We have cashed out twice from the casino and in both instances, we received the funds in our crypto wallet within a few hours, supporting the claims of fast cashouts.
