We reviewed SpinEmpire Casino in line with our casino review policy, including account testing, a deposit and withdrawal, bonus-term checks, game inspections and support contacts.
Launched in 2025, SpinEmpire is an online casino with more than 14,000 slots and over 150 game studios. Its selection also includes live casino games, crash games, video poker, scratch cards, video bingo and progressive jackpots. There is no sportsbook.
The casino is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority. We verified its operator, GBL Solutions N.V., and licence number OGL/2024/589/0556 through the regulator’s certificate. The site itself provides little company detail, however: the Curaçao operator and the Cyprus company described to us by a casino representative are not clearly identified in its public pages.
Our own test withdrawal was paid. SpinEmpire requested identity and address documents, approved them in approximately two days, and delivered the money to our Skrill wallet around two days later. This is one test, not a promise that every withdrawal will take two days after verification.
The casino processes withdrawals only on weekdays during a nine-hour window, and its lower loyalty ranks have a $/€500 per-transaction and daily withdrawal limit.
The standard welcome package covers four deposits, with match bonuses capped at $/€500 per deposit and up to 350 free spins in total. Bonus funds and free-spin winnings carry a 45x wagering requirement in most countries, rising to 60x in certain markets, including Ireland.
The main drawback is the maximum cashout of four times the qualifying deposit for match bonuses, plus a $/€15 cap on winnings from each daily release of free spins.
SpinEmpire has an unusually varied and extensive selection of ongoing promotions: several cashback offers, weekly reload bonuses, recurring free spins, a daily Bonus Map, a coin shop, missions, and tournaments. However, many offers require substantial deposits to claim.
One six-mission sequence we examined produced shop bonuses equal to a 2% return on the wagers required for completion, a striking figure. However, that is not cash rakeback: the shop bonuses require 40x wagering, and we do not know whether the missions or their completion reward renew.
Game breadth is the casino’s clearest strength, but its RTP settings deserve attention. Of the 12 slot versions we checked at SpinEmpire, 11 had a lower RTP than the highest configuration we identified for those titles. Starburst, for example, displayed 92% rather than approximately 96%.
Two trust-related issues also stood out. The signup screen calls SpinEmpire “VPN-friendly,” while its terms allow the casino to void winnings and close an account if a player disguises an IP address, explicitly naming VPN use as an example.
A chat prompt also offered a gift to people who supported SpinEmpire on Casino Guru and sent support a screenshot. This doesn’t prove that a particular player review is false, but it does affect how confidently we can interpret the casino’s reputation.
SpinEmpire is strongest for players who prioritise game variety and frequent promotions and are comfortable checking each offer’s conditions. Its restrictive withdrawal ceilings, limited responsible gambling controls, inconsistent VPN messaging and lower RTP versions of many tested slots are meaningful drawbacks.

World Wide Gambler’s Score
| Reputation & Trust | ★★★☆☆ |
|---|---|
| Game Selection | ★★★★★ |
| Bonus Value | ★★★☆☆ |
| Customer Support | ★★★★☆ |
Reputation and trust receive three stars. We independently verified the licence, and our withdrawal succeeded after document checks. Those are substantial positives. However, 11 of the 12 slot versions we tested ran below the highest RTP settings we identified.
The small public-review sample, gift offer tied to Casino Guru activity, limited company disclosure, conflicting VPN messages, 30-day deadline for submitting requested KYC documents and limited responsible gambling controls also prevent a higher score.
Game selection receives five stars for its scale and range: more than 150 studios, a large live section and major progressive-jackpot networks alongside slots and specialty formats. This score concerns selection. It does not mean every game’s RTP or the site’s filtering is equally strong; both have shortcomings discussed below.
Bonus value receives three stars. The promotional range is extremely broad, and the mission-based bonus shop has unusually high bonus value relative to its required stakes. However, missions may not renew, making the value temporary. The rewards also require 40x wagering.
Strict cashout caps on the welcome bonus, wagering requirements on some rewards, and significant deposit thresholds hold the bonus score back. The 45x wagering on the welcome bonus is within the range we see at many casinos, but significant wagering also applies to many cashback and loyalty rewards.
Customer support receives four stars. Different live-chat agents answered our routine questions relatively quickly and consistently. They could not resolve the conflict between the VPN claim at signup and the terms; an agent said they would report it to a manager. That unresolved point prevents a maximum score.

Important Terms and Trust Checks
“VPN-Friendly” Signup Claim Versus the Terms
The signup form displayed a “VPN-friendly” label when we reviewed SpinEmpire. Its terms, however, reserve the right to close an account and void winnings if a player disguises their IP address, citing VPN use as an example.
When we raised this with live chat, the agent advised against VPN use and could not explain the contradiction, although they said it would be reported.
Do not rely on the signup label as permission to use a VPN. Players who need to know whether a particular connection is permitted should obtain a clear written answer from the casino before depositing. A VPN would not change country eligibility or the terms that apply to an account.

30-Day Deadline for Requested KYC Documents
SpinEmpire says KYC verification normally takes up to three business days and is handled on weekdays during a nine-hour window. Its terms also state that failure to supply requested KYC documents within 30 days can lead to confiscation of winnings and permanent account closure.
We were asked for proof of identity and address on our own withdrawal, and the documents were approved in approximately two days.
This rule makes it especially important to check requests promptly, retain copies of submissions and resolve rejected documents before the deadline. It does not mean that every player will be asked for the same documents or receive approval in two days.
Welcome Bonuses
New players can claim match bonuses on their first four deposits. The first includes a standard version with tiered free spins and a separate high-roller alternative.
The $/€ figures used in this and the following promotion and loyalty sections are base amounts. For AUD, CAD and NZD accounts, bonus amounts and related rules are generally around 1.5 times these figures, with some values rounded.
| Deposit | Match | Free spins | Minimum to receive the match |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 100% up to $/€500 | 30 at $/€20+, 75 at $/€50+, or 150 at $/€100+ | $/€20 |
| Second | 125% up to $/€500 | 50 with a $/€50+ deposit | $/€20 |
| Third | 50% up to $/€500 | 50 with a $/€50+ deposit | $/€20 |
| Fourth | 100% up to $/€500 | 100 with a $/€50+ deposit | $/€20 |
The maximum standard match across all four stages is $/€2,000, provided each deposit is large enough to reach its individual cap. The maximum standard free-spin allocation adds up to 350. Spins are released in daily portions of 15, 25 or 30 rather than all at once.
High-Roller Alternative on the First Deposit
The alternative first-deposit offer provides 100% up to $/€1,000 and 250 free spins with a minimum $/€500 deposit.
The larger bonus cap may appeal to players making a substantial first deposit, but the $/€5 maximum bet and four-times-deposit cashout cap described belowstill apply. Both limit its flexibility for higher-stakes play.
For context, our US high-roller casino bonus comparison includes offers with larger bonus caps, higher cashout limits and more room for bigger bets. SpinEmpire does not accept US players and is not listed there; the comparison shows why the allowed bet and cashout terms matter as much as the advertised bonus amount.
Wagering, Time Limit and Cashout Rules
| Wagering requirement | 45x the match bonus and free spin winnings; 60x in Portugal, Norway, Croatia and Ireland |
|---|---|
| Deadline | 7 days to complete wagering |
| Maximum bet | $/€5 per game round while the bonus is active |
| Cashout cap (match bonus) | 4x the deposited amount |
| Cashout cap (free spins) | $/€15 from each daily release of spins |
How the Welcome Package Compares
Taken together, the four-deposit package is fairly typical in bonus size: three matches are 100% or 125%, each standard bonus is capped at $/€500, and the full package includes up to 350 free spins.
The $/€500 cap accommodates both smaller and relatively large deposits, although players seeking the highest bonus caps or a larger match relative to their deposit can find stronger offers elsewhere. Its practical value depends more on the wagering and cashout rules than on the advertised totals.
The 45x wagering requirement sits within the range we commonly see, while seven days is at the shorter end of typical deadlines. For players in Ireland, the 60x requirement makes the offer considerably less appealing.
The cashout rules are its clearest weakness. The four-times-deposit limit caps the total amount a player can withdraw even after completing wagering, whereas some comparable welcome offers have much higher limits or none at all.
Free-spin winnings are capped at $/€15 per daily release. Separate releases mean the entire allocation is not subject to one $/€15 cap, but a strong result from any single batch is still restricted. Many welcome offers we review allow $/€50, $/€100 or more in free-spin winnings, making this cap notably low.
Overall, we see this as a broad welcome package with ordinary wagering and limited upside for a player who wins big. Australian readers can compare its terms with other offers in our Australian casino welcome bonus comparison.
No Deposit Bonus for Australian Players
SpinEmpire has set up an exclusive no deposit bonus for World Wide Gamblers’ Australian visitors: 10 free spins on Gold Rush With Johnny Cash. Each spin is played at A$0.20, giving the offer a total spin value of A$2. Only new Australian accounts are eligible.
| Bonus term | Details |
|---|---|
| Free spins | 10 on Gold Rush With Johnny Cash |
| Value per spin | A$0.20 |
| Total spin value | A$2 |
| Bonus code | WWG20 |
| Wagering requirement | 45x free-spin winnings |
| Wagering deadline | 3 days |
| Maximum cashout | A$15 after completing wagering |
To claim, enter WWG20 in the promo code field of the registration form when creating your account. The bonus is added instantly and can then be activated through the pop-up or from your account profile.
The offer provides a small opportunity to try the slot without an initial deposit, but its winnings are subject to substantial wagering. The three-day deadline and A$15 cashout cap also limit its flexibility and potential return.
For other offers and a comparison of their wagering requirements, deadlines and cashout limits, see our full Australian no deposit bonus directory.
Bonus Wagering Contributions and Game Restrictions
When a SpinEmpire promotion has a wagering requirement, different games contribute at different rates:
| Game type | Wagering contribution | Availability with an active bonus |
|---|---|---|
| Eligible slots | 100% | Jackpot games are excluded |
| Selected instant-win games | 10% | Most instant-win games are unavailable |
| Virtual roulette | 5% | The exception to the virtual table-game restriction |
| Other games | 0% | Many cannot be opened while a bonus is active |
Live dealer games, virtual table games other than roulette, jackpot games and most instant-win titles cannot be accessed with an active bonus. This means SpinEmpire’s large game library becomes much narrower for someone wagering a promotion.
The low contribution rates also make eligible slots the practical choice for clearing most bonuses. At 10% contribution, a player would need to wager ten times as much on eligible instant-win games as on fully contributing slots to make the same progress. At 5%, virtual roulette would require twenty times as much betting.
Ongoing Promotions
SpinEmpire runs a broad schedule of recurring offers. During our review, we found:
- Three different cashback offers
- Midweek and weekend reload bonuses
- Deposit-linked free spin promotion
- Rotating Bonus Map with daily offers
- Missions and bonus shop rewards
- Casino-run and provider-run tournaments
Availability and terms can change, so the examples below describe what was visible during our checks.
For AUD, CAD and NZD accounts, bonus amounts, qualifying deposits and bonus-specific limits are approximately 1.5 times the $/€ figures below, with individual amounts rounded by the casino.
Cashback: Three Different Structures
| Offer | Eligibility and amount | Wagering and withdrawal limit |
|---|---|---|
| Daily cashback | 5% up to $/€50 after at least $/€50 deposited, or 7% up to $/€100 after at least $/€500 deposited; applies to all games | 35x on the 5% tier or 30x on the 7% tier; cashout up to 4x cashback |
| Weekly cashback | 5%–15%, with caps from $/€25 to $/€1,000 depending on loyalty level; applies to all games | 25x down to 5x as loyalty levels rise; cashout cap rises from 3x to 7x cashback |
| Weekly live-casino cashback | 3% up to $/€75 after $/€250 deposited during the week, or 5% up to $/€150 after $/€2,500; eligible live games only | No wagering requirement or bonus-specific cashout cap |
The live-casino version has the clearest value because it has no wagering requirement, although it requires substantial weekly deposits and excludes some live games. The daily and general weekly offers instead provide bonus funds that must be wagered and are subject to cashout caps.
The daily cashback is the weakest of the three. Its 5%–7% rate comes with 30x–35x wagering and a cashout cap of four times the reward; we have reviewed cashback offers with much lower wagering or none at all.
The general weekly offer improves considerably as loyalty levels rise: it starts at 5% up to $/€25 with 25x wagering, but reaches 15% up to $/€1,000 with 5x wagering at the highest level. We have reviewed casinos that offer comparable cashback terms without requiring players to reach a top loyalty tier.
At SpinEmpire, the 15% rate is therefore a benefit for players who reach that tier, rather than a fair indication of what a new player can expect.
Reloads and Deposit-Linked Free Spins
- Wednesday reload: 35% up to $/€150 with a $/€20 minimum deposit.
- Weekend reload: 50% up to $/€250 with a $/€30 minimum deposit.
- Daily free-spin promotion: 200 spins after three deposits of at least $/€50 made without bonuses.
- Sunday free spins: 30, 55 or 125 spins after at least 5, 8 or 11 qualifying deposits of $/€30+ during the week.
Both reloads require 40x wagering, slightly less than the welcome bonus’s 45x. Their cashout cap is five times the bonus received, however, rather than four times the qualifying deposit. Because the reload matches are only 35% and 50%, that rule can allow a smaller withdrawal from an equivalent deposit despite its higher-looking multiplier.
The match percentages and bonus caps themselves are fairly typical of the reload offers we have reviewed.
The spin promotions may provide extra value to someone who would make the qualifying deposits anyway. However, making three separate $/€50 deposits purely to unlock 200 spins, or five $/€30 deposits to unlock 30 Sunday spins, is a steep requirement compared to the actual bonus value.
The free spins are also subject to a 40x wagering requirement and a cashout cap of $/€50 for the highest spin counts, which considerably limits any upside.
Bonus Map
The Bonus Map provides new deposit offers each day. Across five dates we checked, its cards showed:
- 30–60 free spins and 15 coins for deposits of $/€75; or
- a 50% match up to $/€250 plus 50 spins for a $/€100 deposit
These are examples, not a fixed weekly schedule. However, the deposit requirements in this sample are quite steep compared to the $/€20 and $/€30 requirements for the weekly reloads. While daily offers can be a big draw for returning players, they may not be practical to claim for everyone.
Coins and Shop
Coins can be earned from certain deposit bonuses, mission completion, and tournament placements. These can be exchanged for various types of free spins and cash bonuses, such as:
- $/€3 bonus for 30 coins
- $/€200 bonus for 1,500 coins
- 10 free spins with $/€1 bet per spin for 100 coins
- 100 free spins with $/€0.1 bet per spin for 85 coins
In one mission, making 100 spins at $/€0.50 earned five coins, while completing six such missions granted another 40 extra coins, for 70 in total. Two $/€3 shop bonuses cost 60 coins, which means a bonus of $/€6 is returned for $/€300 staked, representing 2% of the wagered amount.
This rate is unusually high compared with the loyalty and rakeback rewards we commonly see. Percentages of 0.1% to 0.6% are relatively common, while anything higher than that is rare. However, there are two important limits to this comparison.
Shop bonuses require 40x wagering, so the $/€6 is not $/€6 in withdrawable cashback: those two bonuses would require another $/€240 in qualifying bets, and a player might not retain a balance through the playthrough.
We also have not established whether the six missions and 40-coin completion reward can be repeated or, if so, how often. The observed 2% therefore describes this particular sequence, not an ongoing rate on every $/€300 wagered.
Tournaments
SpinEmpire appears to host slot and live-casino tournaments now and then, and also advertises studio-run network events on its promotional page.
Casino-run tournaments observed over the four months before this review included:
- a slot race distributing 250 coins to the five players that wagered the most
- a win-count contest with 1,500 free spins and 500 coins for 50 players
- a live-casino wagering competition with $/€100 shared among three players
- a slot tournament with $/€300, 1,000 free spins, and 2,000 coins for 50 players
Prize composition, scoring and eligibility can vary; these earlier events do not guarantee that future tournaments will follow the same schedule.
Loyalty Rewards
SpinEmpire has 100 loyalty ranks grouped into five levels. Players earn one experience point for every $/€5 wagered on slots; wagers on other games do not advance their rank. Each rank grants an instant reward, while higher levels improve weekly cashback and some withdrawal limits.
For AUD, CAD and NZD accounts, bonus-related monetary figures are approximately 1.5 times the $/€ amounts shown below, with individual amounts rounded by the casino.
| Level | Ranks | Weekly cashback | Cashback wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1–9 | 5% up to $/€25 | 25x |
| 2 | 10–29 | 6% up to $/€100 | 20x |
| 3 | 30–49 | 8% up to $/€250 | 20x |
| 4 | 50–75 | 11% up to $/€500 | 15x |
| 5 | 76–100 | 15% up to $/€1,000 | 5x |
The cashout cap on weekly cashback also improves with level, rising from three times the cashback received at level 1 to seven times at level 5.
Examples of the instant rank rewards include:
- 5 free spins at rank 1
- $/€10 at rank 31
- $/€45 at rank 52
- 180 free spins at rank 71
- $/€650 at rank 99
These rewards are bonuses rather than withdrawable cash. They carry wagering requirements of 20x–40x depending on the loyalty level, while limits can also apply to free-spin winnings and the amount withdrawable after wagering.
SpinEmpire also mentions later-level benefits such as a VIP manager and exclusive bonuses, but does not specify the value of those bonuses in its public description.
Reaching the first nine ranks takes 300 experience points, equivalent to $/€1,500 in slot bets. We estimate their combined rewards at around 65 free spins with $/€10 in total spin stakes. That equals about 0.67% of the qualifying bets, which is relatively high. However, our estimate falls to around 0.2% at higher ranks.
The 15% weekly cashback begins at rank 76, which requires 817,065 experience points, equivalent to about $/€4.1 million wagered on slots. This makes the highest cashback rate difficult for an occasional player to reach.
The ladder continues to rank 100 which requires 3.7 million points, equivalent to $/€18.5 million in slot wagers.
Reputation and Player Feedback
We found six player reviews across Trustpilot, AskGamblers, Casino Guru and LCB: four positive and two negative. That is too small a sample to establish a reliable pattern.
- The positive reviews mentioned helpful support, smooth withdrawals and attractive promotions.
- One player said document requests prevented them from withdrawing. SpinEmpire disputed this, saying the player cancelled their only withdrawal request and had not been asked for documents in connection with it. We cannot determine what happened from the public exchange.
- Another player complained that repeated survey and bonus prompts interrupted gameplay.
During our review, we also saw a live-chat prompt offering a gift to people who supported SpinEmpire on Casino Guru and sent support a screenshot. It did not explicitly ask for a positive review. Even so, the incentive makes this small set of public feedback harder to interpret.

Our own Skrill withdrawal was paid after identity and address checks. That tells us how SpinEmpire handled our request, but one successful withdrawal cannot resolve another player’s complaint or establish a wider payout record.
Game Selection
SpinEmpire has one of the broadest game selections we have reviewed. Other casinos offer similarly large slot libraries, but its combination of more than 14,000 slots, over 150 studios, 14 live-casino studios and major progressive jackpots is hard to match.
| Category | Selection |
|---|---|
| Slots | ✔ 14,000+ |
| Live casino | ✔ Games from 14 studios |
| Progressive jackpots | ✔ Mega Moolah and WowPot networks |
| Crash games | ✔ 100+ |
| Video poker | ✔ 20+ |
| Scratch cards | ✔ 50+ |
| Video bingo | ✔ 50+ |
| Virtual sports | ✔ 20+ |
| Sports betting | ✖ Not offered |
Slots and Live Casino
The studio range is as useful as the slot count. SpinEmpire carries familiar titles from several renowned game studios, including providers such as:
- Big Time Gaming
- ELK Studios
- Evoplay
- Hacksaw Gaming
- NetEnt
- Nolimit City
- Play’n GO
- Push Gaming
- Quickspin
- Red Tiger Gaming
- Relax Gaming
- Thunderkick
- Yggdrasil
Players looking for a particular developer have a good chance of finding it here. The lobby also separates categories such as Megaways, bonus-buy, Hold and Win and high-volatility slots, making different types of games easier to browse.
We counted 14 live-casino studios, including:
- Absolute Live Gaming
- Betgames
- CreedRoomz
- Evolution Gaming
- Ezugi
- Iconic21
- Imagine Live
- Live Vegas
- Pateplay
- Platiplus
- Playtech
- Pragmatic Play
- Skywind
- Winfinity
Fourteen live studios is a strong selection. Where available, the main highlight is the combination of Evolution Gaming, Playtech and Pragmatic Play. Together, their extensive catalogues cover several types of classic and modern table games, live dice and casino poker, alongside a wide variety of game shows and money wheels.
The other 11 studios add further choices within familiar games as well as their own titles. BetGames’ catalogue includes live wheel and lottery games and ICONIC21 produces live crash games alongside tables and game shows.
Other games
The smaller categories also have some depth. More than 100 crash games is a particularly large selection, while video poker, scratch cards, video bingo and virtual sports each have dozens of titles.
These categories are useful additions for players who move between game types, though the slot and live selections remain SpinEmpire’s main strengths.
Slot RTP Settings We Checked
Some studios supply different RTP settings for the same slot. We checked 12 games at SpinEmpire, each from a different studio, and compared their displayed RTP with the highest setting we identified for that title.
| Slot and studio | SpinEmpire RTP | Highest identified |
|---|---|---|
| Starburst — NetEnt | 92% | 96% |
| Scatter Monsters — Quickspin | 94% | 96% |
| Billie Wild — Gamzix | 94% | 96% |
| Laser Fruit — Red Tiger Gaming | 95% | 96% |
| Book of Dead — Play’n GO | 94% | 96% |
| Razor Shark — Push Gaming | 94% | 96% |
| Deadwood — Nolimit City | 94% | 96% |
| Big Bass Bonanza — Pragmatic Play | 94% | 96% |
| Moneyfest — Popiplay | 96% | 98% |
| Le Viking — Hacksaw Gaming | 94% | 96% |
| Midnight Marauder — Relax Gaming | 94% | 96% |
| Tiki Thunder — Slotmill | 96% | 96% |
Eleven of the 12 games ran below the highest RTP setting. Finding lower settings across 11 different studios is more concerning than finding them in several games from one supplier. It does not establish that every slot from those studios uses a lower setting, or that the same pattern holds across SpinEmpire’s full library.
A lower RTP can have a substantial effect over time. At 94%, the long-run average loss is $/€6 per $/€100 wagered, compared with $/€4 at 96%. That extra $/€2 applies each time the same amount is wagered on the lower-RTP version.
SpinEmpire’s bonuses do not make up that difference on every $/€100 played. Even the shop’s 2% figure describes bonus value from one mission sequence, with 40x wagering attached; it is not a confirmed, ongoing cash return.
For someone who regularly plays a slot available at both settings, choosing the higher-RTP version can be worth more than claiming those rewards.
Progressive Jackpots and Navigation
We found games from Mega Moolah and WowPot, two major progressive networks. That gives SpinEmpire an advantage over some equally large casino libraries where we could not find either network. However, we did not find Red Tiger’s daily jackpots, Dream Drops or JackpotKing during our checks, so players seeking one of those networks have fewer options here.
The “Jackpot” category mixes progressive games with slots that have fixed jackpot prizes. A player looking specifically for a growing, shared prize pool therefore cannot rely on that filter alone and may need to search for a known network or open up individual games just to check.
Elsewhere, the lobby has helpful filters for new games, high-volatility slots, bonus buys and several slot features. Its organisation does not always keep pace with the size of the library, though. There is no separate live-game-show category, and crash games, scratch cards and video bingo are grouped under “Instant Win.” Those games are available, but finding a particular type takes more browsing than it should.
Customer Support
SpinEmpire offers live chat and email support via support@spinempire.com, with live chat available around the clock.
We contacted different agents on several occasions about bonuses, payments, verification and VPN use. Initial connection was reasonably fast, and the answers were generally clear and informative, although there were occasional delays between replies.
While agents appeared knowledgeable overall, our VPN query was the exception. The agent could not reconcile the signup label with the restrictive terms and advised against VPN use, while promising to report the inconsistency.
We also saw our chats closed some time after an answer without the agent first asking if there was anything else they could do. While we don’t find this to be a major negative, we do believe this should be standard practice with any support.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Payment Methods and Minimum Amounts
Across accounts from different countries, we identified the following payment methods.
| Category | Methods |
|---|---|
| Banking and cards | Bank transfer, Interac, Mastercard, Visa |
| E-wallets | Jeton, MiFinity, Neteller, Skrill |
| Prepaid and cash vouchers | Cashlib, CashtoCode, Neosurf, Paysafecard |
| Cryptocurrencies | Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Cardano, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Solana, Ton, Tron, USDC, USDT |
The minimum deposit is $/€20 for every method. Minimum withdrawal amounts are $/€10 for bank transfer, $/€50 for crypto and $/€20 for other withdrawal methods.
Availability can differ by country and by whether a player is depositing or withdrawing; a method’s appearance in the above table is not a guarantee that it works for both transactions on every account.
Account Currencies
SpinEmpire assigns the account currency according to the country chosen at registration rather than letting the player freely choose.
We found the following listed as available:
- AUD for Australia
- CAD for Canada
- CHF for Switzerland
- DKK for Denmark
- EUR for most countries
- NOK for Norway
- NZD for New Zealand
Our Skrill Withdrawal and Processing Times
We made a real-money deposit and subsequently requested a withdrawal to Skrill. SpinEmpire asked for proof of identity and address. Approval of those documents took two days, after which the funds arrived in our Skrill wallet around two days later.
We did not find a specific withdrawal processing timeframe published on the casino site. Support said requests are usually processed within “72 business hours,” with longer waits possible during investigations of rule breaches or unexpected situations.
The terms say withdrawals are handled Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 GMT+3, suggesting that the time a player may have to wait to get their withdrawal sent can vary widely depending on when they make the request.
SpinEmpire does not meet our criterion for a fast withdrawal casino, which is normal approval within 24 hours excluding KYC. The support estimate, weekday-only schedule and our test all point to a slower process.
Withdrawal Limits and Larger Balances
SpinEmpire imposes several withdrawal limits that vary depending on a player’s loyalty rank, including daily and monthly limits, as well as a limit per submitted withdrawal request.
| Rank | Per request | Per day | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1–29 | $/€500 | $/€500 | $/€10,000 |
| 30–49 | $/€750 | $/€750 | $/€10,000 |
| 50–75 | $/€1,000 | $/€1,000 | $/€15,000 |
| 76–100 | Custom terms agreed with the loyalty team | Custom | Custom |
Only three withdrawal requests may be pending at a time.
At ranks 1–29, a $/€5,000 balance requires at least ten separate $/€500 payouts and ten different days under the daily ceiling. Because processing takes place only on weekdays, that is at least two working weeks even if one payout is made each processing day, which is not a guarantee.
Reaching rank 50 increases the daily limit to $/€1,000, but that is still a significant constraint for a large win. To get to that rank, players must also wager more than $/€250,000 on slots, which is not easily done by every player.
While similar limits are not unheard of at other casinos we have reviewed, they are among the most restrictive ones we’ve found. Even if limits start low at some sites, they usually increase to much higher amounts at higher loyalty levels.
Some casinos also have no limits at all, or start with much higher limits, such as $/€2,000 daily and $/€40,000 monthly, making it much more practical to withdraw larger wins.
Responsible Gambling Tools
In our account settings we found temporary account restrictions of one, three or seven days and reality-check notices after 60, 90 or 180 minutes. These are useful short breaks and reminders, but we did not find self-service deposit limits, which can be much more important to some players.
Our account also showed a self-exclusion notice, but this only instructed players to send an email rather than providing a setting they could activate immediately.
Someone seeking to stop gambling should not assume that sending the message closes the account at once. We did not test how long SpinEmpire takes to action such a request.
Accepted and Restricted Countries
| Country | Status Under SpinEmpire’s Terms |
|---|---|
| Australia | ✔ Accepted |
| Canada | ✔ Accepted |
| India | ✖ Restricted |
| Ireland | ✔ Accepted |
| New Zealand | ✔ Accepted |
| South Africa | ✖ Restricted |
| United Kingdom | ✖ Restricted |
| United States | ✖ Restricted |
Among the eight countries we cover most closely, SpinEmpire’s terms listed Australia, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand as accepted, and India, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States as restricted.
In our checks, IP addresses from the four restricted markets could not access the casino, and those countries were absent from the signup form. The terms exclude additional jurisdictions, so players elsewhere should check the full current list before creating an account.
The fact that a country appears in the signup form is not a guarantee of access to every game, promotion or payment method. Irish players should also note the 60x welcome wagering rate listed in the casino’s country-specific terms.
US players cannot register at SpinEmpire; our list of top casino sites for US players compares options assessed for that market.
Gambling Licence and Company Information
We verified that spinempire.com appears on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s certificate, which we received from a casino representative. It identifies GBL Solutions N.V., company number 155090, as the operator under licence OGL/2024/589/0556. The certificate showed an active status when we checked.
We did not find the company name, registration number or address published on SpinEmpire’s website, and while the footer had a logo of the Curacao Gaming Authority, it was a static image rather than a clickable verification seal.
A representative separately identified Fairy beans Limited as the Cyprus company referred to on the site. We could not establish its role from the site’s disclosures alone, so this should not be confused with the independently verified Curaçao licence holder.
Final Verdict
SpinEmpire offers an unusually wide choice of slots and live games, alongside a more varied promotional schedule than many casinos we review. The mission sequence we examined produced substantial shop bonus value, although its rewards require 40x wagering and we do not know whether the sequence renews.
Eleven of the 12 slots we checked, each from a different studio, ran below the highest RTP setting we identified. For regular slot play, that difference can matter more than frequent bonus rewards. Welcome cashout caps significantly limit large wins, while the $/€500 daily withdrawal ceiling at lower ranks can make a large balance take weeks to withdraw.
The verified licence and our paid withdrawal count in SpinEmpire’s favour. We remain concerned by its conflicting VPN messages, limited company disclosure, gift offer tied to Casino Guru activity and lack of self-service deposit limits and exclusion.
SpinEmpire may suit eligible players who want extensive game choice and are willing to check RTPs and bonus terms. Players who need more flexible withdrawals or stronger account controls have good reasons to compare other casinos.
