Our own testing has generally been positive. We have experienced withdrawals processed in under an hour as well as within several hours, but have never personally waited several days.
Player feedback is more varied. Many reviews describe withdrawals arriving within an hour, while others report waits of three to eight hours and some mention delays lasting several days.
Overall, withdrawals appear to be fast under normal circumstances, although the advertised 10-minute timeframe should not be treated as guaranteed. Several hours can still be considered normal, while additional security or verification checks may extend the process to several days.
KYC and Verification
Vave does not require standard KYC verification from every player. Registration only requires an email address, there is no normal document-upload section in the account interface, and both Vave’s help information and a representative we contacted state that verification is requested only in specific cases.
Several player reviews nevertheless mention completing KYC, so players should not assume that they will never be asked for identification or supporting documents.
The major concern is Vave’s verification deadline. Once verification is requested, players are given only 14 days to complete the process. Its terms state that failure to pass verification within two weeks can result in the account being closed and any winnings being confiscated.
This is an exceptionally harsh and player-unfriendly condition. Temporarily withholding withdrawals until identity checks are completed is standard practice, but permanently confiscating winnings because verification was not completed within a relatively short deadline goes considerably further.
There can be legitimate reasons why verification takes longer than expected for a player, including expired documents, difficulties obtaining proof of address, delays resolving discrepancies, or not being available due to travel or any other reason.
The possibility of losing winnings entirely rather than simply having withdrawals suspended makes this one of the most serious terms we identified at Vave Casino.

Conflict Between the Terms and Actual Availability
There is an important discrepancy between Vave’s written terms and how the casino currently operates. A casino manager we contacted told us that players from the United Kingdom and United States are permitted by Vave to deposit and play normally, despite both countries appearing on the restricted-country list.
We were also able to access and register from these locations during testing. However, technical access and an operator representative’s statement do not override the casino’s published terms.

Vave Casino’s licensing and company structure is unusually unclear. The casino does not display a verification seal or detailed licensing information in its footer, and different sources connect the Vave brand with different operators and jurisdictions.
Vave’s Curaçao License Claim
Vave’s own help section states that the website is managed and operated by TechOptions Group B.V. and licensed in Curaçao. However, this information appears to be outdated, with the relevant help article dating back to 2023.
When we checked the current Curaçao Gaming Authority license register, we could not find TechOptions Group B.V., its previously stated company registration number, or the Curaçao license number historically associated with the operator. We therefore could not independently verify that TechOptions Group B.V. currently holds a Curaçao online gaming license.
This does not necessarily prove that Vave has falsely claimed to be licensed. The more likely possibilities include outdated website information or a change in the company and licensing structure that has not been clearly reflected across Vave’s different pages and domains.
Anjouan License
Further research identified a more recent license connected to the Vave brand. The domain vavegame.io, which directs players to Vave Casino, is listed under Anjouan Gaming Authority license ALSI-202505032-FI2.

The license is held by Neomatrix Ltd rather than TechOptions Group B.V., creating another layer of uncertainty over which company currently operates or is legally responsible for the Vave brand.
We were also unable to establish a sufficiently reliable registered location for Neomatrix Ltd and would not associate it with similarly named companies found elsewhere without stronger evidence.
Overall Licensing Verdict
Vave therefore appears to have a verifiable licensing connection through its vavegame.io domain and the Anjouan license held by Neomatrix Ltd. However, the information presented by Vave itself is not sufficiently transparent or up to date.
The casino still identifies TechOptions Group B.V. and Curaçao in parts of its website despite us being unable to verify a current Curaçao license for that company, while the more recent Anjouan license is attached to a different operator.
Vave should clearly state its current licensed entity, regulator, license number, and applicable domains directly on the website so players do not have to investigate the corporate structure themselves.
