In our first encounter, we thought we were instantly connected to an agent, but it turned out that the casino uses a bot that replies immediately. While the bot is fairly well-designed, it isn’t clearly indicated that you’re speaking with a bot, which leads you to believe you’re engaging with an actual agent.
When we requested to be transferred to a human agent, the bot assured us we would be. However, after waiting—and waiting some more—no agent responded. We eventually discovered that live chat was only available between 8 am and 8 pm, and it was already 9 pm.
We returned the following day to try the chat again, and here’s what happened:
- We waited 10 minutes for a reply from an agent after asking the bot to connect us.
- After asking a question, we waited another 10 minutes for a response from the agent.
- This response did not address our question but was an apology for keeping us waiting.
- After more waiting, we were transferred to another agent who was friendly and quicker to respond.
