Vegaz Casino was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2020, Vegaz is a quality casino that delivers exceptional value to players and only suffers from a few minor drawbacks. What truly sets it apart is its generous bonuses, which include a wide range of offers with no wagering requirements—a rare feature among online casinos.
One of its standout promotions is a 25% rakeback on all wagers, calculated based on the house edge of each game. While rakebacks are fairly common across casinos, it’s rare to find one this high, making it a major advantage for regular players.
The bonus offerings also include several weekly reload bonuses with high match percentages, as well as two promotions that are particularly valuable for high rollers: win multiplier challenges in slots and daily, weekly, and monthly leaderboard competitions.
Vegaz Casino’s value extends to its game selection. With over 11,000 slots, 80 crash games, and 11 live casino platforms—including top-tier providers like Evolution, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play—the range is extensive and well-curated.
All slot games we tested ran on their maximum RTP settings, indicating that players get the best possible return, something that’s becoming increasingly rare as many casino sites choose to lower slot payout percentages to increase their profits.
While the game library is extensive, the range of jackpot slots is very limited, with big progressive networks like Mega Moolah and must-drop jackpots not available.
Other downsides include a monthly withdrawal cap of $/€20,000, although this can be increased for loyal users. Withdrawals are processed within up to 2 business days, with no processing during weekends, which may feel a bit slow compared to instant or same-day payouts offered elsewhere.
Overall, Vegaz Casino impresses with its combination of no-wager bonuses, comparatively high RTP settings in games, and an extensive game library from over 100 studios. It’s a suitable choice for players seeking long-term value and a premium casino experience.

Welcome Bonus
Vegaz Casino offers quite a special welcome package to new players, including up to $/€1,000 and 150 free spins to be claimed on the first three deposits. Unlike most welcome packages, there is no wagering required on any of the bonus money you receive or winnings made from the free spins.
Instead, whatever you receive as a bonus is removed from your account when requesting a withdrawal. Only winnings on top of the received bonuses are kept. For example, if you receive a bonus of $/€100 and win up to $/€500, you will lose $/€100 whenever you make a withdrawal, but keep the rest.
| Welcome Package | |
|---|---|
| 1st Deposit | 100% up to $/€300 + 50 free spins |
| 2nd Deposit | 50% up to $/€400 + 50 free spins |
| 3rd Deposit | 100% up to $/€300 + 50 free spins |
| Wagering Requirement | None |
| Max Cashout | 5 times the deposit amount |
| Minimum Deposit | $/€20 |
| Bonus Code | 1st: 100FIRST 2nd: 50SECOND 3rd: 100THIRD |
The main value of Vegaz Casino’s welcome package comes from the absence of wagering requirements. Players do not need to complete a set amount of betting before withdrawing eligible winnings, removing one of the main practical obstacles associated with conventional casino bonuses.
However, the bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn and is removed when a cashout is requested. Winnings are also limited by a maximum cashout of five times the deposited amount. This makes the package better suited to players who value simpler access to their winnings over the possibility of a larger withdrawal from a bonus with wagering requirements.
The match percentages and overall bonus amounts are broadly average for a three-deposit welcome package. They provide reasonable value for a wager-free offer and accommodate both smaller and larger depositors, but do not stand out based on size alone.
Australian players can compare the structure of the offer with other welcome bonus packages available to Australians.
Restricted Games
It’s important to note that as long as a welcome bonus is active on your account, the following games are not allowed to be played:
- Jackpot games
- Table games
- Video poker
- Live casino
- Sports betting
- About 125 slots
Playing a restricted game while the bonus is active can result in the bonus and any related winnings being forfeited. Players should check the casino’s bonus terms for the complete list of excluded slots before opening a game.
This is stricter than a standard game-contribution rule. At many casinos, excluded games simply do not count towards wagering requirements; at Vegaz, they cannot be played at all while the bonus remains active.
The welcome package is therefore most suitable for players who intend to stick strictly to eligible slots and are prepared to check the restrictions carefully.
Other Bonuses
In addition to the welcome package, Vegaz Casino provides an extensive range of generous bonuses, including:
- 25% rakeback on all wagers (based on house edge)
- Two wager-free bonuses each Wednesday (100% & 125%)
- Up to 150 free spins with 10x wager on Fridays
- 100% wager-free bonus up to $/€300 on Saturdays
- 150% wager-free bonus up to $/€400 on Sundays
- Five challenges to complete in slots for big prizes
Rakeback on All Wagers (25%)
One of the big highlights of Vegaz Casino is that all players receive a 25% rakeback on all of their bets. This rakeback is based on the house edge of each game played and is credited to you whether you end up winning or losing.
For example, if you only play a casino game with a 96% RTP, the house edge is 4%. This means that 25% of this 4% (in other words, 1%) is credited to your account for each bet placed. So, if you wager a total of $/€1,000, you receive $/€10 in cash.
The rakeback is credited to your account on four different occasions as follows:
- 10% credited instantly
- 5% credited daily
- 5% credited weekly
- 5% credited monthly
The daily balance boost will be smaller, while the weekly will be a bit bigger, and the monthly will be a much more substantial one.
Compared to most platforms that offer similar rewards, Vegaz Casino’s rakeback percentage is notably higher. This puts it firmly among the more generous rakeback bonuses at casinos and a strong option for players who value ongoing rewards tied directly to their wagering activity.
Wednesday Reload Bonus (x2)
Every Wednesday, players can claim up to two reload bonuses that are free from wagering requirements:
- 100% up to $/€400 + 50 free spins
- 125% up to $/€400 + 50 free spins
Each bonus requires a minimum deposit of $/€50, and comes with a maximum cashout limit of 5 times the deposited amount.
Note: Before you can claim the 125% bonus, you must first have used the 100% offer.
Friday Free Spins (30 – 150)
Vegaz Casino offers up to 150 free spins to be claimed every Friday, depending on your deposited amount:
- Deposit $/€20 to get 30 free spins
- Deposit $/€50 to get 75 free spins
- Deposit $/€100 to get 150 free spins
Winnings from the free spins must be wagered 10 times. No cashout limit applies.
Weekend Reload Bonuses
Vegaz celebrates weekends by offering a wager-free bonus on both Saturdays and Sundays:
- Saturdays: 100% up to $/€300 + 25 free spins
- Sundays: 150% up to $/€300
The maximum cashout from each bonus is capped at 5 times the deposited amount.
Challenges
Vegaz Casino offers five simple challenges for players to complete that reward a cash prize. The goal in each challenge is to hit a certain win multiplier by playing one of the selected slot machines at a certain minimum bet. Here’s a breakdown:
| Win Multiplier | Minimum Bet | Cash Prize |
|---|---|---|
| 1,500x | $/€1.5 | $/€250 |
| 3,000x | $/€3 | $/€500 |
| 5,000x | $/€6 | $/€750 |
| 10,000x | $/€10 | $/€1,000 |
| 20,000x | $/€25 | $/€1,500 |
Whatever prize is won must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn.
Leaderboard Competitions
All players at Vegaz Casino are automatically entered into daily, weekly, and monthly competitions. In these, players compete against each other by wagering the most money on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The top 5 players get paid cash prizes and free spins as follows:
| Position | Daily Prize | Weekly Prize | Monthly Prize |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 500 FS | $/€500 | $/€1,500 |
| 2 | 350 FS | $/€350 | $/€1,000 |
| 3 | 200 FS | $/€200 | $/€750 |
| 4 | 100 FS | $/€100 | $/€500 |
| 5 | 50 FS | $/€50 | $/€250 |
Provider Tournaments & Cash Drops
In addition to Vegaz Casino’s own competitions, you will always find tournaments and cash drop promotions running, which are hosted by different game developers. The rules and prize pools in these vary widely.
While provider tournaments can be enjoyed at many casino sites, Vegaz does a great job letting players know about them via their promotional page, which we find to be a big plus.
Loyalty Rewards
At Vegaz Casino, you climb a 30-step loyalty ladder as you wager money on games. Reaching each step comes with an instant reward, which can either be free spins or cash. While the rewards aren’t specified on the site, they get better and better with each level.
The amount required to wager to reach each level ranges from $/€10,000 for the first level, up to a hefty $/€1 billion for the 30th one.
Reputation
The reputation scores listed below represent what players on various platforms think of Vegaz Casino based on their reported experience.

Summary of Player Reviews
The feedback from players on Vegaz Casino is limited, with only about 40 reviews available since the casino’s launch in 2020. This limited number, paired with the fact that only 17 of the reviews are negative, indicates that most players are satisfied with their experience.
Positive Reviews
The majority of positive reviews focus on withdrawals, KYC verification, and customer support. Many players praise the casino’s quick processing times, reporting completing both KYC verification and receiving withdrawals within 24 hours, well ahead of the casino’s official timeframe of up to 2 business days.
The customer service team has been consistently described as knowledgeable and polite. Players appreciate the responsive and helpful assistance they receive when needed. In addition, Vegaz Casino’s promotions are also a highlight for some players, with special mentions of the rakeback and no wagering bonuses.
Negative Reviews
The negative reviews are few and varied, with no clear trend in issues. Some of the complaints are also vague and unjustified.
- One player complained about a deposit not being credited, and another had their account closed for signing up from a restricted country (USA).
- A few reviews criticize the support for being slow or unresponsive, with one player claiming their withdrawal was delayed for no reason.
- One review claimed it’s rare to win at the casino, while another reported having their account closed and winnings confiscated.
We don’t find any of the negative reviews to be a cause for concern. From what we can tell, Vegaz Casino provides an excellent overall experience, which is reflected in the overwhelmingly positive player feedback.
Game Selection
| Game Type | Availability |
|---|---|
| Slot Machines | ✔ 11,000+ |
| Table Games | ✔ Yes |
| Live Casino Games | ✔ 11 Platforms (Evolution, Playtech, Pragmatic, Asia Gaming, Vivo Gaming, Ezugi, Amusnet, Bombay Live, Skywind, Betgames, Tronius) |

| Jackpot Games | ✔ Few |
| Video Poker | ✔ 50+ |
| Scratchcards | ✔ 160+ |
| Video Bingo | ✔ 100+ |
| Virtual Sports | ✔ Yes |
| Sports Betting | ✔ Yes |
Vegaz Casino’s game selection is one of its standout features, offering an enormous variety of over 12,000 games from 100+ game studios, unmatched only by a few other gambling sites.
The comprehensive selection covers most types of casino games, with a particularly strong offering of video bingo, scratch cards, and crash games, which are often underrepresented at other online casinos.
Slot Machines
When it comes to slots, Vegaz Casino delivers one of the largest collections in the industry, featuring games from almost all of the leading developers, the only notable absences being Big Time Gaming and Microgaming. Here are some of the top providers you’ll find:
- Blueprint
- ELK Studios
- Evoplay
- Fugaso
- Hacksaw Gaming
- Iron Dog Studios
- Microgaming (Apricot)
- NetEnt
- Nolimit City
- Peter & Sons
- Play’n GO
- Playtech
- Pragmatic Play
- Push Gaming
- Quickspin
- Red Tiger Gaming
- Relax Gaming
- Thunderkick
- Yggdrasil
The standout feature here is that all slots are set to their maximum RTP settings, which is rare in today’s online casinos. While many casinos lower the RTP to increase their profits, Vegaz Casino ensures players get the best possible return on every spin.
For example, most of its slots are set to 96% RTP, whereas other casinos may offer as low as 94% or even 90%—a significant difference over time. For every $/€100 wagered, the lower RTP could cost you $/€2 or even $/€6 more, making Vegaz’s high payouts an important advantage for long-term players.
Progressive Jackpots
One of the few drawbacks of Vegaz Casino’s game selection is its progressive jackpot games.
While it does offer some, including those from Amusnet, Betsoft, and Playtech, it lacks many of the most popular and life-changing jackpots like Mega Moolah, WowPot, Dream Drop, and the Jackpot King networks. There are also no must-drop jackpots available, which are commonly offered by casino sites.
Additionally, the jackpot category itself is highly disorganized, with many non-progressive slots incorrectly included, which makes it very difficult to find the few progressive jackpot slots that are offered.
Live Casino
The live casino selection is another highlight. Vegaz Casino offers games from a wide range of top-tier providers like Evolution Gaming, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.
These studios are known for their diverse and innovative offerings, including classic table games, card games, and dice games, along with unique experiences, such as money wheels, game shows, and twists to classic games.
However, while the selection is vast, the categorization of live games is poorly done, as they are not grouped by type and only a limited number of games are visible. To access all available games, players must first open a game from a particular studio and then explore the full game range of that studio from there.
Here are some of the many live casino games you can enjoy at Vegaz Casino:

Crash Games
Vegaz Casino’s selection of crash games is top-notch. With over 80 titles, the casino far exceeds the average collection found at most online casinos. The games are easy to find, thanks to a dedicated category, and include popular titles such as:
- Aviator
- Aviatrix
- Big Bass Crash
- JetX
- JetX3
- Pilot
- Spaceman
The range of crash games includes both single-player and multiplayer options, catering to a variety of playstyles, themes, and payout potential.

Vegaz Casino has earned strong praise from players for its high-quality customer support, and after thoroughly testing the live chat service ourselves, we fully agree.
The support agents consistently deliver professional and helpful assistance. In our interactions, we found them to be genuinely caring, providing thorough answers to a wide range of questions without resorting to copy-paste responses. Every agent we spoke with was polite, friendly, and clearly well-trained.
Overall, this is one of the better customer support experiences we’ve had across online casinos. While we haven’t encountered any complex issues playing at the site, we’re confident in the support team’s ability to resolve any questions or problems efficiently.

While covering a wide selection of general payment method types, Vegaz is not particularly localised for Australian banking. It does not support AUD as an account currency or offer PayID, meaning Australian players may face currency conversion through their payment provider and cannot use a familiar local transfer method. Those looking for a more localised setup can compare PayID casinos in Australia with fast withdrawal processing.
General Withdrawal Limits
Vegaz Casino does not impose any daily or weekly withdrawal limits, which is a positive feature compared to many other casinos that have such limits.
However, the casino does have a monthly withdrawal limit of $/€20,000, which is pretty standard across the industry and neither particularly high nor low.
For high rollers, this monthly cap may be a concern. However, Vegaz Casino does offer higher withdrawal limits for its most loyal players, as part of its loyalty ladder, although it doesn’t specify the extent of these increases.
Withdrawal Times
When it comes to withdrawal processing, Vegaz Casino states that withdrawals are processed within 2 business days—a timeframe clearly outlined in the terms and conditions and confirmed by their customer support team.
It’s important to note that no withdrawals are processed over weekends.
The timeframes, unfortunately, don’t match the 24-hour guarantee seen at many casinos with faster withdrawals. That said, we were pleasantly surprised by the speed of our own withdrawal test, which took just 30 hours for both KYC verification and approval of our withdrawal request
