Viggoslots was thoroughly reviewed in line with our detailed casino review policy.
Launched in 2016, Viggoslots is a Curacao-licensed casino that provides an overall pleasing gambling experience, particularly suitable for players who enjoy bonuses that don’t come with wagering requirements.
While it isn’t the crème de la crème of online casinos, it also doesn’t have many downsides. This is why it’s often seen listed as one of the top online casinos in New Zealand, Canada, and Nordic countries, which are its main target markets.
The casino’s drawbacks mainly include games not being properly categorized, a lack of live casino games from Playtech, and comparatively few promotional offers. Some of the casino’s slots are also set to a lower 94% RTP rather than their potential maximum of 96%.
However, all in all, the casino’s selection of over 6,500 games is wide and varied. It includes slots from all of the best game studios (in our opinion) and live casino games are supplied by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, which are top-tier companies.
While bonuses may not be aplenty, you do get a big welcome package, a rakeback on every slot wager which can be claimed once per week, and at least one (often more) free spin offer is always available weekly, with some granting up to 100 spins.
Adding to the positives, Viggoslots offers high withdrawal limits of $/€50,000 per month, with even higher ones for VIP players.
All in all, Viggoslots is a solid casino site that should provide a hassle-free experience. Just make sure to not play any of its restricted games with a bonus as this may lead to the confiscation of funds.

Welcome Bonus
Viggoslots Casino offers all new players a wagering-free welcome bonus on their three first deposits, consisting of up to $/€1,000 in bonus cash and 170 free spins.
| Welcome Bonus | |
|---|---|
| 1st Deposit | 100% up to $/€400 + 70 free spins |
| 2nd Deposit | 100% up to $/€300 + 50 free spins |
| 3rd Deposit | 100% up to $/€300 + 50 free spins |
| Wagering Requirement | None |
| Max Cashout | Unlimited |
| Minimum Deposit: | $/€20 |
| Eligibility | Deposits with e-wallets and vouchers are not eligible |
| Bonus Code | N/A |
The welcome bonus being wager-free means that whatever bonus is received will be removed when making a withdrawal. For example, if you receive a bonus of $/€100 and play up to a balance of $/€700, you would only receive $/€600 when cashing out.
So, what’s the point of the bonus? You still get to keep everything you win from the bonus money as long as those winnings are more than the initially received bonus amount. This makes the welcome package highly lucrative for players who appreciate the freedom of being able to withdraw more freely.
Important Bonus Rules
When using casino bonuses at Viggoslots Casino, it’s important to be aware of the casino’s bonus rules as the platform is reportedly known to confiscate winnings if you breach them. These rules include:
- Not betting more than $/€4 in any game per round.
- Not playing jackpot games, table games, live casino games, or video poker.
- Additionally, about 60 slot machines are forbidden to play.
Please carefully read through Viggoslots Casino’s bonus terms if you decide to play with a bonus to avoid any issues occurring.
Other Bonuses
Viggoslots Casino offers three static promotions that players can avail of every week and month and like the welcome bonus, these never come with any wagering requirements. The static promotions include:
- A weekly rakeback on slot wagers.
- A game-of-the-month promotion with 10 – 100 free spins.
- A small number of free spins every Monday.
In addition to the above, the casino regularly runs time-limited promotions that often reward free spins. For example, one week you may find 30 – 100 free spins up for grabs, depending on how much you deposit.
Rakeback on Slot Wagers
Referred to as a “cashback”, Viggoslots gives you money back for every bet placed on slot machines, which means it is a rakeback. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose, but you still get something in return.
The rakeback is based on the RTP of each slot you play. However, the casino does not specify what the exact rakeback percentage is, making it impossible to assess its value.
The rakeback is paid once per week, every Friday, and must be a minimum of $/€1 to be credited. Additionally, the maximum rakeback you can get in a week is $/€1,400.
Game of the Month
Viggoslots’ game of the month promotion rewards you with 10 – 100 free spins on the 20th of every month. How many free spins you get depends on how much you’ve deposited in the past 30 days. Here’s a breakdown:
- $/€20 – $/€100 in deposits: 10 free spins
- $/€100 – $/€500 in deposits: 50 free spins
- $/€500+ in deposits: 100 free spins
The free spins don’t come with any wagering requirement but do have a maximum cashout limit of $/€150.
Monday Free Spins
Every Monday, all players who have deposited at least $/€20 the previous week will receive a certain number of free spins.
How many spins you get is at the sole discretion of the casino and depends on your deposited amount. In our experience, it is generally 5 – 20.
There is no wagering requirement for the spins but there is a maximum cashout limit of $/€250.
Loyalty Rewards
Viggoslots Casino offers a 5-level VIP program where each level is assigned at the sole discretion of the casino. Your level is decided by how much you deposit in a given period, without any specific limits being detailed on the website.
For the first three levels, the rewards include the following casino bonuses (which are wager-free):
- VIP 1: 100% bonus up to $/€500
- VIP 2: 100% bonus up to $/€500 (can be claimed twice)
- VIP 3: 25% bonus up to $/€250 (can be claimed once every day for a week)
In addition to this, Viggoslots promises the following rewards to its VIP players:
- Exclusive bonuses
- Personal account manager
- Expedited withdrawals
- Higher bet limits for bonuses

| Source | Score |

Summary of Player Reviews
Viggoslots Casino has accumulated around 350 player reviews across various platforms since its launch in 2016. After analyzing the most recent ones, it’s clear that the overall sentiment is split, with both positive and negative experiences being commonly shared.
Interestingly, reviews on LCB are predominantly positive, while Trustpilot reviews lean heavily towards the negative.
As far as we can tell, all reviews appear legitimate with no signs of feedback being fabricated. This is refreshing as many online casinos post fake reviews to boost their reputation.
Positive Reviews:
The casino receives a fair amount of praise, particularly for its wagering-free bonuses, which many players seem to appreciate. Additionally, many players mention their positive experiences with smooth account verification and uncomplicated payouts.
In one positive review, a new player shared their excitement about receiving their first withdrawal approved in just three hours. Many others also praised the casino’s customer support, with some noting that the team helped resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
Some of the positive players describe Viggoslots as one of their favorite casinos, which they regularly return to play at. One player even noted that the only reason they stopped using the casino was the discontinuation of no deposit bonuses between their deposits.
Negative Reviews:
On the flip side, several players have had frustrations, with a large portion of negative feedback centering around withdrawal issues. Common complaints include long delays in receiving payouts, with some players waiting up to four days for approval, despite the casino’s promise to process payments within 48 hours.
A recurring problem in the negative reviews is funds being confiscated after players requested withdrawals. Many of these incidents stemmed from violations of the casino’s bonus terms, often related to playing restricted games after claiming a bonus.
Some players, however, claim their funds were confiscated even though they didn’t have an active bonus at the time, which has caused confusion and dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, whether this is true or not cannot be independently verified.
Response to Feedback:
One notable positive aspect of Viggoslots is its active engagement with negative reviews on AskGamblers. The casino seems to make a concerted effort to address each issue thoroughly, which speaks to its commitment to customer service and transparency.
However, this level of engagement does not extend to other review platforms like Trustpilot and Casino Guru, where no responses are posted.

The game selection at Viggoslots is solid, hosting a wide range of top-quality games from almost all of the industry’s most beloved game studios.
The main drawback of the selection is a lack of game categories, which can make it difficult to find certain types of games. Specifically, crash games and jackpot slots can only be located by using the search function to look up the game titles. This isn’t at all user-friendly.
Slot Machines
Viggoslots offers over 6,000 slot machines, and while some casinos may have nearly double the number, the quality of the selection is exceptional. The casino partners with all the best game studios, featuring top-tier slots from renowned providers such as:

Jackpot Slots
Viggoslots provides life-changing jackpot opportunities through the famous Mega Moolah franchise and the WowPot network. By using the search function, you can find around 20 different slots within these networks, with the potential to win well over a million.
Additionally, you can find four smaller jackpots in all slots from Amusenet, with the largest typically paying between $/€20,000 and $/€50,000. This provider offers over 100 slots, so there’s plenty to choose from.
Unfortunately, no must-drop jackpots are available at Viggoslots. While the casino offers games from Red Tiger Gaming where these types of progressive jackpots are often featured, the casino has not enabled the jackpot feature in them.
Return to Player %
As you may know, many slot developers allow online casinos to choose from different RTP options that they have developed their games with. This can result in win chances at one casino being lower than another despite playing the same game.
To assess the win chances at Viggoslots, we went through many of its slots and found that in most slots where the maximum possible RTP is 96%, the RTP was set to either 94% or 96%. The exception was Red Tiger Gaming’s slots where it was slightly lower.
Here’s a breakdown of some of the slots we went through:
| Slot Machine | RTP Range | Viggoslots’ RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Starburst | 90 – 96% | 94% |
| Gonzo’s Quest Megaways | 90 – 96% | 92% |
| Le Viking | 88 – 96% | 94% |
| Book of Dead | 84 – 96% | 94% |
| Scatter Monsters | 87 – 96% | 94% |
| Razor Shark | 94 – 96% | 96% |
| Deadwood | 94 – 96% | 94% |
| Big Bass Bonanza | 94 – 96% | 96% |
| Gold Fever | 90 – 96% | 96% |

Crash Games
While finding Viggoslots’ crash games can be challenging due to the lack of a dedicated category, the casino does offer a decent range of popular titles such as:
- Aviator
- Big Bass Crash
- JetX
- JetX 3
- Spaceman
In total, we could find about 15 different titles which is quite a low number compared to many casinos that offer 30, 50, or even over 70 different games. However, with the popular Aviator included in the lineup, many crash game enthusiasts will be satisfied.

The customer support at Viggoslots Casino has consistently impressed us with its speed and friendliness. Each time we’ve connected with an agent through live chat, we’ve been greeted promptly and warmly.
It’s always been a pleasant experience, as the agents not only respond quickly but also infuse their greetings with a touch of personality, often sending a smiley or a friendly note. While small, these details create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
We’ve reached out several times with a variety of queries to test agents’ knowledge and their ability to resolve different concerns. Every response has been thorough, and the agents have shown a solid understanding of the casino’s features and services.
There has never been a point where we felt our questions went unanswered or were left vague. The polite tone of the support agents has also remained consistent, with each conversation ending with a kind message, asking if we need further assistance or wishing us a lovely day.
However, one major downside is Viggoslots Casino’s limited support hours, which run from 9 am to 10 pm (UTC). This time window can be restrictive, especially for players in different time zones who may find themselves needing assistance during their prime gaming hours.
