What people are saying about Vikingspin Casino…
“My first Deposit was NOT credited to my account, but the system already takes my money from my bank account. I can not withdraw. I can not upload documents to verify my identity. The withdraw function does not work.
I have 4-500 Euro in my account but I can not do anything except just look at it. Customer service doesn’t answer my email at all, but they keep sending newsletters to me. How Nice……” – Boonchoo Sriwichai-Mirbach, Trustpilot
“I deposited money, which I then can’t use on the site. It shows that I made a deposit, but I cant play and I cant get my money back. The bank shows I paid the money. I even sent a request to my bank to confirm the payment has been made to Vikingspin.
There is no live chat and the support doesn’t answer mails. It’s a scam. I will never see my money again. Don’t make the same mistake I made.” – jud carl, Trustpilot
“Deposit will not be credited to the gaming account. Live chat is not available and emails are not responded to!” – boerli, Trustpilot
“No credit received after deposit and no credit has been received on the Vikingspin account for 10 days. No response from Vikingspin support, and no help from bitandpay. I deposited €25 via bank transfer. It was processed via a service called Bitandpay, which confirms receipt of €25 but doesn’t help or provide any information about the whereabouts of the money. Just the advice to contact Vikingspin.” – Hades77, LCB
Please note that Vikingspin hasn’t addressed any of the negative player reviews posted about them.
Game Selection
| Game Type | Availability |
|---|---|
| Slot Machines | ✔ 2,000+ |
| Table Games | ✔ Yes |
| Live Casino Games | ✔ 1 platform (Evolution Gaming) |
| Crash Games | ✖ No |
| Jackpot Games | ✖ No |
| Video Poker | ✔ Yes |
| Scratchcards | ✖ No |
| Video Bingo | ✖ No |
| Virtual Sports | ✖ No |
| Sports Betting | ✖ No |
The game selection at Vikingspin is highly disappointing. Where many online casinos offer all types of gambling products, there are no crash games, scratchcards, bingo games, virtual sports, or jackpot games at all at Vikingspin.
The slot selection is also mediocre, although not terrible as the casino offers top-quality slots from some of the best software providers, such as NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play’n GO, and Yggdrasil. However, slots from many other popular companies are also missing. For instance, there are no slots from Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming, Blueprint Gaming, or Red Tiger Gaming.
As for the live casino experience, this is pretty good. The casino is partnered with Evolution Gaming, which is commonly regarded as the best platform for live casino games. Anything from table games, poker games, money wheels, and game shows are available. However, where most casinos offer several live casino platforms, Vikingspin only offers Evolution Gaming’s.
Another major downside of the game selection is a lack of categorization. You can only sort games by developer, live casino, and slots. That’s it. While categories for megaways slots and bonus buy slots exist, they are entirely empty.
