Note: This WOW Vegas review focuses on the sweepstakes part of the casino where real money prizes can be won through redemption of sweepstakes coins (SC).
Launched in 2022, WOW Vegas is a popular sweepstakes casino that is highly rated by many American players.
The casino particularly stands out for its many promotions, where freebie players can claim free sweepstakes coins as a signup gift and via daily login rewards, daily e-mail raffles, and frequent social media challenges.
However, bonuses also include competitions with big prize pools where wagering the most money can earn you up to 1,000 SC per day, and getting the biggest win multiplier up to 250 SC. You’ll also find purchase bonuses such as getting SC worth $200 for a $100 purchase.
WOW Vegas game selection is another high point if you love slots as over 1,400 from many quality providers are available. However, the game selection does have some flaws as it doesn’t include any video poker, scratch cards, crash games, or table games.
A bigger flaw though is the casino’s customer support which is the major downside of WOW Vegas. This can only be reached via e-mail and response times can be very long, stretching up to 48 hours or even longer.

Daily Races With Big Prize Pools
Every day, the 2,000 players that wager the most SC on games get to share in a prize pool of 8,000 SC.
The top five prizes include 1,000 SC, 500 SC, 350 SC, 250 SC, and 175 SC resepectively.
The least you can win is 0.25 SC.
Daily Win Multiplier Tournaments
Every day, WOW Vegas is running a win multiplier tournament where 50 players share a prize pool of 2,500 SC.
To place the highest on the leaderboard, you simply have to get the biggest win multiplier (win in proportion to your stake).
The top 3 prizes are 250, 200, and 135 sweepstakes coins respectively, while the least you can win is 25 SC.
Optional Jackpot Promotion
WOW Vegas runs a jackpot promotion that gives you a chance of winning one of four progressive jackpots as you play games.
The promotion requires you to opt in and doing so will deduct 0.10 SC from every game round you play.
That’s the cost to have a chance of winning a minimum of 5, 200, 2,000, and 10,000 sweepstakes coins from the four jackpots.
However, the jackpots usually grow much larger, especially the biggest two that often pay over 50,000 and 300,000 SC respectively.
Random Prize Drops in Slots
Every week, WOW Vegas provides a total of 10,000 SC as random prize drops in select slot machines.
These are sweepstakes coins that can be won randomly as you spin the slots, on top of the usual winnings from the slots themselves.
The biggest prize that can drop is 500 SC while the smallest is 1 SC. Multiple prizes can be won.
Daily E-mail Raffle With a 3 SC Prize
Every day, WOW Vegas runs an e-mail promotion where 100 players are randomly selected to win 3 SC.
To participate, you first need to opt into the promotion on WOW Vegas’s promotional page.
After that, you need to reply to an e-mail you’ll receive, by simply typing “OPT IN”.
Daily Login Reward of up to 5 SC
WOW Vegas rewards all players with free sweepstakes coins every day by logging in and claiming the coins via the casino’s promotional section.
The amount you receive is based on your loyalty level with the casino, with all new players getting 0.3 SC.
Climbing the casino’s 7-tier loyalty ladder, this reward can be increased to up to 5 SC for the highest level.
Free Social Media Challenges
WOW Vegas is very active on its social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter where it regularly posts challenges.
These tend to be relatively simple and reward small amounts of SC.
For instance, naming a game from an image to receive 1 SC.
Refer a Friend Bonus of 20 SC
For each friend you refer to WOW Vegas who makes a purchase of at least $15, you’re awarded 20 SC.
The friend needs to sign up for an account using a unique referral link that you’ll find under your account profile.
A maximum of 30 friends can be referred per month, whereas the bonus you receive is credited within 7 days.
In addition to the above, the casino tends to run additional promotions during festivities and holidays. As an example, we have seen it offer a free bingo game that could be played every 15 minutes with a 10 SC prize pool.
More Sweepstakes No Deposit Bonuses for US PlayersPlaythrough Requirements
WOW Vegas terms and conditions state that the standard playthrough requirement for any SC received as a free bonus is 1x.
However, it also mentions that it reserves the right to enforce a playthrough requirement of up to 20x.
Loyalty Rewards
WOW Vegas offers a 7-tier loyalty rewards program which you automatically progress as you wager SC on games.
Note that wagers made with WOW coins don’t count towards progression – only sweepstakes coins.
The main benefits of the loyalty program are an increased daily login reward of 0.30 – 5 SC, prioritized customer support, and faster processing of withdrawals in 1 business day as opposed to 3.
As a top VIP, a personal account manager who can assist you at all times is also a great perk.
Here’s a breakdown of the loyalty levels and the rewards for each:

Summary of Player Reviews
WOW Vegas has received a substantial number of reviews, with over 2,900 posted across various platforms. We sifted through approximately 200 of the most recent ones to assess the general sentiment and trustworthiness of the casino.
Positive Sentiment:
The majority of reviews about WOW Vegas are positive, which is a promising sign. For instance, on Trustpilot, 69% of the reviews are rated 5 stars, which is a strong indication that many players have had positive experiences.
However, it should be noted that a portion of these are fake ones, which is obvious by how they’re written. There are still many legitimate and genuine reviews though that speak fondly about the casino.
Common praise centers on the game selection, with many players expressing satisfaction with the variety and quality of games available. Additionally, some players have highlighted the casino’s bonuses and the fast payouts they’ve experienced.
Customer service also receives some positive mentions, with a few players describing the staff as friendly.
Concerns & Negative Feedback:
While the majority of reviews are favorable, there are notable concerns that players bring up. Customer support is the most frequently mentioned issue in negative reviews.
Many players complain about the lack of live chat support, unreasonably long response times via email, and general difficulty in getting assistance. One particularly concerning review detailed a player’s account being blocked after winning a significant amount, with no response from customer support.
Additionally, there are a couple of rigging allegations, with one player suggesting that games are manipulated. While these types of complaints are common across online casinos, they should be taken with caution unless there’s concrete evidence to support them.
Casino’s Response to Negative Reviews:
WOW Vegas appears to make a concerted effort to reply to reviews, particularly on Trustpilot. However, their responses to negative feedback often come across as generic, with the casino apologizing for the inconvenience and advising players to reach out to customer support.
While this shows a willingness to address complaints, not going the extra mile makes their replies feel impersonal and doesn’t come across as reassuring that players’ concerns are being taken seriously.
However, checking AskGambler’s complaint section, another story presented itself. Here we found four complaints remaining unresolved for over a month. This is a serious red flag as you would expect any casino to address such complaints when made aware of them.
Game Selection
| Game Type | Availability |
|---|---|
| Slot Machines | ✔ 1,450+ |
| Slingo Games | ✔ 23 |
| Table Games (virtual) | ✖ No |
| Live Casino Games | ✔ Yes (WOW Coins only) |
| Crash Games | ✖ No |
| Jackpot Games | ✔ 27 |
| Video Poker | ✖ No |
| Scratch Cards | ✖ No |
| Competitive Bingo | ✔ Yes |
| Video Bingo | ✖ No |
The game selection at WOW Vegas is quite pleasing even if it leaves a little to be desired since no video poker or table games are available. These are both popular products among gamblers and a staple of many sweepstakes casinos.
While it is possible to enjoy Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and a couple of other games via two live casino platforms where you play against real dealers over a video stream, WOW Vegas only allows you to wager WOW Coins on these. You cannot use the redeemable sweepstakes coins.
The slot selection at WOW Vegas is great though, with over 1,400 slots from many quality game studios such as Betsoft, Evoplay, and Pragmatic Play. They’re also sorted into many categories that make it easy to find a suitable game to play, such as:
- By game provider
- Classic slots
- Hold and spin
- Hold and win
- Jackpot slots
- Low bet slots
- Megaways
- New slots
- Popular slots
- Prize drops
Another positive is that all slots we tested run on a high payout percentage of 94% – 96%, giving players fair value for their money.
We also find the addition of the casino’s 23 Slingo games and competitive bingo games to be a big highlight. The latter is a rare find among sweepstakes casinos which allows you to compete against other players in 75 and 90-ball bingo. The goal here is to complete vertical and horizontal lines and get a full house the fastest.

Customer Support
| Type | Availability | Info |
|---|---|---|
| Live Chat | ✖ No | – |
| 24/7 | support@wowvegas.com | |
| Phone | ✖ No | – |
One of the few downsides with WOW Vegas is its customer support which is quite difficult to get in touch with.
Where most sweepstakes casinos offer live chat support 24/7, WOW Vegas only support players via e-mail.
While this is terrible on its own, the response times makes matters worse as they are up to 48 hours.
However, in our own experience, sending an e-mail with a different query twice, they’re even longer.
On review platforms, many players have also complained about the support taking ages to reply and being insufficient.
While our queries were solved on the first contact, we can only imagine the headache when it’s not and you have to go back and forth and wait for a long time on each reply.
This is terrible and by no means an acceptable standard of a modern and quality casino these days.

Payout Times and Limits
The standard payout times at WOW Vegas are 3 business days as communicated on the casino’s website.
You can only have one pending withdrawal at a time of a maximum $10,000. This is the only limit that applies.
The payments team works from 9 am – 5 pm on Mondays – Fridays. No payments are processed on weekends.
Deviations from the standard payout time can occur if you redeem coins worth more than $2,500. Such transactions require extra verification and fraud checks and will therefore take longer for WOW Vegas to approve.
Additionally, players who have reached the top two levels of WOW Vegas loyalty program are promised to have their payouts processed in just 1 business day.
Verification for Prize Redemption
WOW Vegas requires the following verification to redeem coins and make a withdrawal:
- E-mail verification: upon signup, you receive an e-mail with a link that needs to be clicked.
- KYC verification: a photocopy of a valid ID and a copy of a recent bill or official statement that shows your home address needs to be uploaded under your account settings and approved.
- Phone verification: after KYC is approved, a one-time code will be sent to the phone number on your account which must be entered in your account.
